I'm not a modern player. I have almost no interest in the format. Until Echo of Eons was spoiled and now I have a deck that I kinda want to brew and play. Its the first card that has really excited me in modern.
So, here is my idea and i know it needs work. Which is why i am reaching out to the modern community for help.
Bazaar Trademage incurs straight-up card disadvantage unless you're Hellbent, so I keep thinking that can't be right. I'd replace it with another draw-discard outlet (stuff like Izzet Charm and Lore Broker are coming to mind), as from my experience with UR Phoenix, 4 discard outlets are not enough to enable a card that should be discarded.

5x Island
4x Scalding Tarn
3x Mountain
4x Steam Vents
4x Polluted Delta
Creature
3x Chasm Skulker
4x Dakra Mystic
3x Baral, Chief of Compliance
2x Force of Negation
2x Thought Scour
2x Izzet Charm
2x Burning Inquiry
4x Manamorphose
4x Opt
2x Remand
4x Faithless Looting
4x Echo of Eons
Planeswalker
4x Narset, Parter of Veils
I think this should play out kinda like a storm deck. Generating lots of card draw and advantage through Opt, Faithless Looting and Echo of Eons, but using Narset, Parter of Veils to lock our opponents out of the game.
The main finishers here are the Chasm Skulkers as they are going to get incredibly large when we are drawing 7's from our baby Twisters
