I didn't create this deck. SaffronOlive has played this on his channel I believe and probably Jeff Hoogland played some version.
I've tried to fine tune it. I think this deck has potential. It's very disruptive and grindy.
Thoughts? Experiences?

Always wear protection kids, sleeve up your deck.
LEGACY: Soldier Stompy WW // Blue Stompy UU // Fit Variants BGRW // Sol Land Brews BGRUWC MODERN: Pure Pili-ness GU // Red Devotion RR // Green Devotion Variants GRWUG // U/G Emerge CGU // Lots and Lots of Brews BGRUWC
Why is your mana base so disjointed? You have fetches that only can get "swamps". Why no all Marsh Flats and 1 plain? Mutavaults which can't make black or white. Shambling vents which enter tapped and expensive to activate. Can you get your Sculler's out on curve with white untapped on turn 2 semiconsistently?
Your creatures want to come out fast, but the mana seems to fight you.
I love the style, but think similar deck by Saffron on the link is better.
I actually fixed the mana base before you comment. Removed 1 Muta and added a basic plains, and than upped the Marsh FLat count to 4.
Muta is another threat and is a zombie for Crawler.
I'm not a fan of comes-into-play-tapped creature lands, unless those decks are fair decks like Jund. THis deck, while it has a lot of 1 drops, is more of a midrange grinder than an aggressive deck, so having the tapped lands is ok. It's possible I could cut another muta or Vent, but it's been fine so far. I would not go less than 22 lands, I have Copter to filter through extra lands later, and Collective Brutality can chuck them for value too. Plus, with creature lands, I need a bunch of lands to be able to activate.
I just played against Jund and beat them 2-1, and game 3 they even had a Grafdigger's Cage.

I'm not sure this mana base can support a playset of Flagstones, when it's very important to have black mana.
@hoffmkr,
I recently made another thread on the B/W Vehicles deck which is quite similar to Zombie Copter. I'm trying to figure out the best configuration of a Smugger's Copter deck. His non-budget version is not better. It's not disruptive enough, and plays some weak cards like Nightmarket Lookout and Pain Seer. He's also not playing Liliana of the Veil which seems like a mistake. His list also doesn't play any Lingering Souls. It seems worse vs. almost every archetype.
I'm not sure how much I like Tidehollow Sculler, because against deck with tons of removal it's just not doing much, so if I decide I don't want to be playing that card I might just stick with some iteration of B/W Vehicles instead of Zombie Copter, but Crawler is better than Bloodsoakeed Champion, and playing Crawler gives more reason to play Dread Wanderer which is a good card in this deck.

Ugh I hate this wbsite. Wrote a rsponse and it got deleted!!!! fack! Here's an abridged version.
anyways, his list is not better, not disruptive and playing weak cards. Worse against every archetype. Pack Rat is interesting but I see issues wiwth the card.
I posted a B/W vehicles decklist that is better than SaffronOlive's for sure.
I"m unsure about sculler since it's bad vs. deck running lots of removal.
Not sure if I want to be playing Zombie Copter or a Dark Confidant and B/W Vehicles.
EDIT:
oh it didn't get erased... It's the pot above... Whoops

I'm also worried that you are too light on creatures. Copter does nothing if you can't crew it.
If you move two lands to creatures, you might be better off. Haunted Dead or Pack Rat?
