This is a deck which uses Smallpox and Crack The Earth to get ahead of the opponent.
The deck uses early card disruption to force our opponent to sac land, cards and potentially creatures to stop our opponent in there tracks. Stitcher's supplier, Bloodghast and Young Pyromancer tokens are all great targets for our own sacrifices. Stitcher's supplier gave me the idea for this deck. It's a great sac target and also a great graveyard filler for our threats.
Disruption 12
4 Smallpox 2 mana which forces the opponent to discard a card, sac a land and potentially a creature.
4 Crack The Earth With the right deck (wink) a one mana land destruction spell.
4 Inquisition Of Kozilek Card disruption for 3cmc or less threats.
Creatures 14
4 Stitcher's Supplier Great sac fodder for CTE and pox. Fills the graveyard with 7 cards including itself.
4 Bloodghast Another great sac target for CTE and pox. Reoccuring threat.
4 Gurmag Angler A big 5/5 which thrives upon all our discard. Can be played as soon as turn two.
2 Young Pyromancer Can sac a token for CTE and pox. Grindy threat which can take over the board.
4 Lingering Souls A great discard outlet which can put evasive flyers on the board.
Removal 5
3 Lightning Bolt Need I say more
2 Fatal Push 1 cmc removal spell which hits most things we can deal with the land disruption in this deck.
Utility 4
4 Faithless looting Helps find threats in our deck while also filling our graveyard.
If I was going to make a single suggestion even before I try the deck (I'm gonna try the deck, it looks sweet!) it'd be that you should probably have a basic Mountain in the manabase. When we're destroying our own lands as much as we are, getting locked off of red by a Field of Ruin or a Ghost Quarter could be very bad for us. Further, there are times when you just need to be able to fetch a red source that comes in untapped and doesn't shock you.

Well, I can saw a woman in two, but you won't wanna look in the box when I'm through.
The deck deson't really seems optimized for Smallpox as you're running a low land count meaning that you won't necessarily recover better from losing lands than your opponent.
Since you don't play Flagstones of Trokair maybe adding Grim Discovery to recover after Smallpox can be useful getting back a land and a creature for 2-mana can be pretty good.
Some cheap card draw in Night's Whisper seems pretty good as well to get ahead on cards.
Crack the Earth is an extremely hit and miss card (more on the miss side imho) and unless played very early and having something weak to sac' it is a terrible card.
Might as well play Boom // Bust with a fetchland as a cheap one-side land destruction spell.
Playing so much graveyard filling cards just for Bloodghast and Gurmag Angler (I think you could go bigger with Tombstalker) seems like a waste as these can work regardless.
Another good to utilise the graveyard would be Bedlam Reveler.
Adding some number of LilianaPW's can be good here both versions are good, either controling the board/hand or reanimating creatures and filling the GY towards a game-winning ultimate.

Through testing, 21 lands with Smallpox has been fine. The deck only needs 2 lands to function. I always loot away if possible a pox if I dont have the lands. The liliana planeswalkers are interesting and could be worth testing as a 2 of.
The Sticher's supplier have been mvp so far. T1 Supplier into T2 CTE/Pox has been great. Putting the opponent behind while potentially putting bloodghast/Angler down on T2/T3.I did think about Bedlam Reveler but the double red did put me off.
I will be testing some of the cards you advised. Thanks for the feedback.
Did you consider Dakmor Salvage as a recursive land from pox's and crack's?
What about splashing green for Life from the Loam (and other possibilities)?
I think Dakmore Salvage is too slow to be honest. The deck really wants to put the opponent far back early and put pressure on.
A green splash could be worth testing. I did test a green splash with Vengevine but was not impressed. Life from thr Loam could be worth it...plus the green splash for the sideboard is always a nice addition.

Thanks! Yes a single Mountain could work. My reasoning behind not adding a basic mountain was blood moon and not adding to many basic non-swamps for Smallpoxbut with Ghost Quarter and others it could be useful.
I am basically down with this, and I hope it works. I think that some of the exact counts might be a little off, but in a format where t2 land destruction is rare, using two cards which can do it is something worth trying, at the least.
As a riff on Dennis' comment above, I think that Collective Brutality might help you save slots, because two of its modes are weaker versions of Inquisition of Kozilek/Fatal Push while providing some of the yard filling of Faithless Looting. My inclination would then be to up the threat density, but you're the one who's been running the thing, you probably have a better idea of what's missing.
Another possible slot-saver is Gatekeeper of Malakir, which has no particular synergy other than both being a threat and destroying stuff. BBB puts it at the top of your curve, though.
With more land slots, could you use Field of Ruin as a quasi-fetch and a way to target problematic lands?

I think you and Dennis are right. Collective Brutality would be great in this deck. I think also cutting Push's and bolt's could be an option. Going with a all in approach might give the deck some extra power. The deck puts the opponent behind quick and then puts pressure on with our threats before they recover. So going more streamlined and adding more threats could make the deck better instead of having removal in hand sitting there. I think a 2 of Collective Brutality is a must though.
There all great ideas and could be another path to go down. I love a land destruction deck
Green is another way to go. Im just not sure if adding green for more optiona will outweigh the consistancy of a third colour. It's worth testing though.

Stitcher's Supplier is pretty useless here imho as basically a Thought Scour that doesn't replace itself (and can mill more).
A card with useful effects that can also fill the GY is Collective Brutality.
Adding some number of Liliana PW's can be good here both versions are good, either controling the board/hand or reanimating creatures and filling the GY towards a game-winning ultimate.

Potentially Abrupt Decay and Spreading Algae if you run Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth with them.
Life from the Loam too of course
