I'm making a Black/Blue discard deck to play with my friends. We play with casual rules and modern format for what cards are allowed. Some cards may seems slightly strange since half of this deck is cards Ive packed the rest is singles I can get. Budget isn't huge which will also help explain. But I do have budget for some recommendations. Please no cards that are above $10 on average for one though. Everything in the main board is what I have rn from packs, everything in the Maybeboard is cards I'm considering to finish my deck.
A great place to start would be the 8 Rack Primer thread. This is the most competitive dedicated discard deck in the format (and across all formats, if I'm correct.)
A playset of both The Rack and Shrieking Affliction can be picked up for around $20, and would be the best wincon possible.
