For real though, I'd say there are a couple too many situational counters in the main for my taste.

If I may ask, what would you recommend instead of the situational counters? I am perhaps thinking of maybe an additional Terminate or Fatal Push but I am open to suggestions.

I'd look into some sort of card advantage engine like snapcaster mage, cryptic command, kolaghan's command, or search for azcanta. Also collective brutality and logic knot are more generic answers that could fill the slots.

Okay, I switched out x2 Anticipate and x2 Negate with x4 Snapcaster Mage and x1 Censor with x1 Search for Azcanta. You probably want Tasigur, The Golden Fang here, it is much easier to cast than Tombstalker and the card advantage ability really shines later in the game and lets you have something to do while holding up mana for removal/counters.

Other options for the Kalitas slot can be: Olivia Voldaren, Pia and Kiran Nalaar and Bedlam Reveler/Cryptic Serpent.

Very good choices. I highly appreciate the suggestions. I was thinking of going with Tasigur, The Golden Fang or Tombstalker. I ultimately went with Tombstalker because the fact that Tasigur lets my opponent decide which nonland card of can go into my hand really bugged me. I haven't really had trouble casting Tombstalker except a couple times before I got Fetchlands and Shocklands. Also Tombstalker is a 5/5 flier that I have been able to cast on turn 3 before, which to me is exactly what I need. I do recognize Tasigur's power, I just resent the idea of my opponent having a choice in the matter.
I have considered Olivia Voldaren and may still get a copy but I have won many matches with Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet alone. Between the Lifelink/Exiling, and Token Generator. It's hard to imagine something better than that. I will be honest, Pia and Kiran Nalaar doesn't really interest me as I don't see it finding a place in my deck explicitly. I have been looking at Bedlam Reveler as you have suggested. However, it's low P/T even with Prowess triggered would still have a lot to be desired. Also, having to discard your hand seems to be a drawback if I have a decent hand and I just need to play my finisher. Cryptic Serpent seems like another feasible option as the only thing I am looking for in a finisher is a hard to block/evasive beatstick.
Regardless, I still respect your suggestions and will definitely take them into consideration. I wanted to ask if you have the time, how do you think Enigma Drake would fare in this deck. It can survive being bolted and can be a threat early on and even put the opponent on a clock. I understand it's not played a lot in Modern and am curious about experimenting with it. As you may be able to tell, I am not a big fan of creatures. They merely serve as a way to at last kill off my opponent. Thank you for your time.

if you are playing delve cards i would recommend Thought Scour over Serum Visions. it also helps with snapcaster.

personally i'd cut a couple discard spells. having the full 8 seems a bit excessive. use the extra slots for a couple more threats and k-commands

I do have Thought Scour in my collection so I might do that. Thanks for the suggestions. Much appreciated. I was thinking on maybe cutting x2 Thoughtseize or Inquisition of Kozilek and just replacing them with Kolaghan's Command as you suggested as you recommended. Thanks again for your help.
