There's just zero interaction in elf lists that run Coco/Chord/Lead. Just none besides a giant chord for 6 mana... or a Coco that wont save your archdruid. Or selfless spirit stuff.
Rishkar, Peema Renegade might even be better than heritage druid in conjunction with nettle sentinel. And its yet another way to pump mana.
Shrine of Boundless Growth can and will ramp you hard with a Heritage Druid. Especially if you have a Sentinel in there somewhere. This is added mana stuff along with Itlimoc.
It was okay against creature based matches, midrangey stuff, etc. I ran a lot of discard in the side and some chords/tutors for other junk.
What I found was that early interaction was really hard for me to crawl back into the game from. Like T1 and t2 kill spells while setting up a clock I couldn't deal with (like nahiri). Combo was also incredibly hard to deal with because unlike a deck like grixis shadow, our threats require 2-3 more threats to become threatening...which just takes time.
The deck felt pretty gross, and it could T4 kill often enough that it felt powerful. I just feel like I wanted something that offered disruption and a body in one card. Probably a mono black elf with some kind of discard stapled to it? I dunno.
Post ban infect ran me over pretty hard, however both games I had lethal on the crack back. I didn't try genesis wave, but it can feel a little win more from when I've messed with it before?
Hope this helps with your testing. It's a fun shell and I agree there is something here. Just need to figure out what the right supporting cards are.
Discard vs combo, maybe GU for counters like unified will, I think inspiring call as draw and protection makes it appealing enough to run alongside heroic intervention or even in place of maybe? Food for thought I guess. I tried inspiring call for a bit, but 3 mana can be hard to reach. I also think a 1 mana elf warrior dork would do wonders for this shell. I believe they are all druids, which is lame.
I think stuff like summoner's pacts, visionary, manamorphose, mutagenic growth, etc could be good. Lands with cycling maybe. Even if u run a bunch of 1 drops u eventually run into lands. Another issue is Hasting drawn sentinels. And it gets janky there. Nonetheless, casting Beck for a lone blue Mana felt awesome
Stuff that's free with a lone sentinel to keep that draw going. The stuff that's super free actually ramps
Seismic assault comes to mind at first for me. Searched half of ug on gathered. Will search other half later.
Hard not to include thousand-year elixir as heritage # 5 or 6 for drawing dorks or archdruid into maybe a banefire or something
I want to build around Joraga Warcaller Elvish Archdruid and possibly Shaman of the Pack... Moving towards a I'm going to have ten cards that ramp mana into a genesis wave or huge warcaller.
Hunting Triad helps them all and Prowess of the Fair can keep that elf count up.
There's actually count em 8:
Bramblewood Paragon / Metallic Mimic, the latter of which can hit every elf you play.

There's plenty of cheap cheap stuff like Implement of Ferocity Burst of Strength Vines of Vastwood that all have merit
and even a cute little kujar seedsculptor. And let's not forget Inspiring Call outright winning a game against mass removal.
I mean there's a lot of ways to pop out 3+ 3/3 creatures by the end of turn 2...
4 Nettle Sentinel
4 Joraga Warcaller
4 Bramblewood Paragon
4 Metallic Mimic
4 Kujar Seedsculptor
4 Rishkar, Peema Renegade
4 Elvish Archdruid
3 Genesis Wave
3 Inspiring Call
Something like this maybe
Chording for 4 mana to bring out a 3/3 that pumps everyone +2/+2 sure seems nice.
Could easily Use Beck here.
4 verdant catacombs
2 overgrown tomb
4 gilt-leaf palace
1 Pendelhaven
1 cavern of souls
2 forest
2 fatal push
4 nettle sentinel
4 heritage Druid
2 narnam renegade
4 joraga warcaller
4 metallic mimic
4 bramblewood paragon
4 dwynen's elite
3 imperious perfect
2 Ezuri, renegade leader
4 elvish archdruid
1 glissa, the traitor
