Long time Stalker, part time poster. I jumped onto the Devoted Druid combo hype train. I have created a real rough sketch of a deck and I am looking for some direction. Please feel free to criticize it and offer suggestions etc.
The perfect scenario game one would be to create infinite mana and shoot them in the face with Walking Ballista. I have included Spellskite to help protect the creature combo because lets be honest Fatal push/Bolt etc makes it fragile. I have also included some other infinite mana payoff cards such as Emrakul etc.
4 Summoners Pact
4 Chord of Calling/Tooth and Nail
Just get those two creatures, and blow them out with a combo. Forget trying to dig (great 3rd way to tutor), but with 8 tutoring, and multiple ways to pact as well, it's well worth trying it out. Going with Black will allow to protect the combo better as well.
And if worst we can't find our combo, our creatures should be efficient enough to win games by beating down. Mirror Entity helps here, acting like a pseudo Gavony Township.

My only concern on your list is that Collected Company hits rate. Both Hangarback Walker and Walking Ballista cannot be Coco out. IMO one Walking Ballista as a combo finisher is enough.
mistcutter hydra or nemesis hydra??
Depending on your build, I would try to avoid x/x creatures. If you don't run any collected company I think its fine.
The most common scenario would be you go infinite Chord for Duskwatch, find your x/x creature or just cast all your green mana symbol creatures from your deck.
i like your idea of mirror entity, and selfless spirits. maybe 3 spirits and no spellskite main?
Yea I probably should just replace for a spirit since fatal push is a thing.
Here're the two versions I am brewing if anyone is interested:
Bant: https://deckbox.org/sets/1679691
More interaction, the ability to run counterspells, completely immune to graveyard hate except one eternal witness.
Naya: https://deckbox.org/sets/1686911
Gets to play 4 wolf runs as combo pieces, which I think will likely make this the go-forward version of the deck. Possible knight of the reliquary belongs but I tried this as all-in -- rallier returns any combo piece, witness and flickerwisp provide a ton of card advantage, and the ratio of castable creatures with infinite green is much higher.
Rallier does a lot of work in this deck potentially, enabling our colors for wolf run and retrieving wolf run from land destruction. Overall very strong. Not sure of any numbers.
The downside to this build is Wolf run as a combo piece discourages us from running magus of the moon who is otherwise great in the shell. Possible it is correct to have one in the board anyway.
The problem I have with your blue version is that you want to Coco during 1st main phases in order to win on the spot, and it doesn't play well with Spell Queller at all. I'm also not a fan of 8 UW creatures that don't get advantage of infinite green mana.
I played a lot of blue Pod and Coco decks and one card that pleased me was Kira, Great-Glass Spinner to protect weak combo pieces. Just a card to keep in mind.

This combo is seeing some play in G/W elves with Ezuri, Renegade Leader the wincon. Decklist. Devoted Druid x2 + Ezuri has been a long standing infinite combo, and the fast mana of the deck lets you power out chords and companies more reliably.

Yeah, all these things are true about bant version. I was trying hard to make something with more interaction and it did not pan out at all. Even a few game was enough to feel the tension with queller and mage. I felt before trying it that Naya was the way to go, but I had the blue cards on hand to try
What I am gonna do with Naya is try 3 wolf runs/1 slayers' stronghold -- stronghold allowing you to combo off in one turn for 7 mana (or for 5 mana if you already have a vizier on board) is pretty strong. The thing is that with the creatures I'm picking the red splash is so minor it's only really needed for a land activation and only then sometimes. So I think the manabase can support 23 lands and 4 specials, particularly since a basic mountain is mostly irrelevant (blood moon shuts off all our red stuff). I've also increased the dork count from standard company by 3 (1 noble 2 druids) so those mana sources should counteract the extra utility land.
My experience thus far with mirror entity has been that it wins games Rhonas would not. It can protect your board from sweepers and kill without needing infinite mana. Fringe benefit of random free wins vs. Merfolk notwithstanding I think entity is just a better card in the deck most likely.
Rhonas may be better in naya if played with Knight of the Reliquary; they synergise pretty well (with knight activating Rhonas and benefitting from trampling). Will definitely consider it more.
I have build a GW version of the deck in mtgo but had a hard time against Lantern Control. How to sideboard for that? I think once Ensnaring Bridge hits the table in G1 it's GG? A single mainboard Qasali won't help too beat I guess?
You can swing with a 0/2 druid then pump it infinitely large with entity or rhonas.
I saw this deck played on a video of against the odds. Opponent player it and was the Gideon decks only loss. Deck looked sweet with the junk build. Iok, seize, scullers, finks, etc.

IMO you need a non trivial amount of spellskites/selfless spirits in the MB or you're just going to go the way of Cheeri0s. I'd pack at least 5 total in some combination. Path/Push/Bolt on devoted druid turns you into a slow coco deck.

You can play primal command instead of chord if you're legitimately concerned about that many hate permanents. I don't think it's a legitimate concern really. Can up the number of rec sages if you want too.
Feels like that list just dies to any combo or fast aggro deck. You kinda do need to run either discard, counters or some control elements when trying to play a 3 card combo deck.
Here's My list I have multiable combos and Troll Worship just for fun. Is there a land that we can dump infinite mana in? I need a Creature that can search up the worship. EDIT.
I highly recommend Duskwatch Recruiter thou, its a mana sink and lets you play everything from your deck when you have the combo. Also Walking Ballista can only be search out by him. Chord and CoCo can't get ballista sadly.
I would remove Commune for Duskwatch Recruiter to increase the hit rate on CoCo. Just a thought.
As for searching for worship, I can only find Lost Auramancers. haha..

Vizier of Remedies + Devoted Druid + Chord of Calling or Duskwatch Recruiter lets us search for any win con, Mirror Entity, Rhonas the Indomitable, Walking Ballista (Can only be search by Duskwatch Recruiter)
Having Eternal Witness can lead to some fancy interaction where if you have Devoted Druid in play and a Chord of Calling in hand, you can chord for Vizier of Remedies make the infinite mana cast Eternal Witness take back Chord of Calling and go find the winning piece.
Just for fun, I even thought of using spawnsire of ulamog as a win con too.

That or Reclamation Sage over Qasali because of the CC of it.
