So with the new addition of Bone Picker, Delver has another efficiently costed aggressive threat to play with. I've been looking for a way to play it, and I've arrived on this four color list using some other new cards.
It takes a lot of ideas from Esper Delver and Grixis delver. Basically you can cantrip through your deck really quickly with visions and all the cycle cards. Geist of Saint Traft makes your Bone Picker free after an attack. Lingering Souls clogs up the board and triggers delver.

Or instead of counterspells, maybe trying some hand disruption like Thoughtseize or IoK.
You're gonna have a bad time if your Steam Vents gets destroyed so maybe you can add another red source and some manlands for some mid game beats.
Yeah Geist was a pretty big oversight.
I might cut Illumination, but Censor has proven to be really powerful.
Good point on the Steam Vents comment. I'll add another red source.

One of the main reasons I'm splashing red is because I don't have to run Path to Exile, which doesn't synergize with Bone Picker. I already have a playset if Serum Visions, and I'm running two Fatal Push but I might up the number.

I think Path is just too good and you always want to play it

It seems a little more streamlined, but I'm not sure playing paths are worth it when they don't trigger Bone Picker.

If you're set on playing white, Hidden Stockpile could be an interesting option. Makes tokens to stall (especially in mulptiples), can trigger Revolt for itself/push once it gets setup, and can trigger your bone picker. Scry doesn't hurt either
I don't see why you are playing white after taking out the Geist. Feels like cutting that color entirely would be the better option.
Because Lingering Souls is a very powerful card that I have played with and come to trust in. I'm also trying out Monastery Mentor, and the life gain provided by helixes is great for aggressive matchups. White also has by far the best sideboard cards.

I'll try it out, my only problem is tapping out for a two drop that doesn't necessarily provide any immediate benefit. Worth testing though.

I would cut 2 Bone Picker and add 2 Snapcaster Mage. And Geist of Saint Traft does nothing for your Pone Picker since the Angel Token gets EXILED.
You might also want to cut the 4 Hieroglyphic Illumination and maybe 2 Censor for 6 cards of either Path to Exile, Fatal Push, Serum Visions, e.g.
