Hello. An interesting take/build on the deck for sure.
I have a couple of issues. One is whiffing into a Dryad Arbor that will happen more often than what I find comfortable. Another is a hand full of Atarka's Command with nothing to play them on which will happen more often than what you may think as well. AC doesn't further the combo really. Those 4 slots could be any combo of card filtering/counterspell/bounce/token generation or mana acceleration(Rituals).
Opponents find out quick that the key is just holding back a mana or two to eradicate a token to disrupt the spell/combo. They will do the same with Dryad Arbor as well.
Give it a try. Don't let me get you down. I just foresee it being a bit slow without Rituals and still suffering from the problem that the "combo" is Sorcery speed that can be stopped by every removal spell under the Sun. Good luck and let us know your results.

I have played this deck at a couple FNMs and the best I have done is 2-2 and the other two times are 1-3.First game I usually win and game 2 and 3 are rough, they learn to keep tokens off the board or apply pressure soon as possibly because we have don't have removal or any disruption.
I am starting to thinking the Mardu version is the way to go, use nahiri as our polymorph, bitterblossom for creatures and play creature kill and discard to get the combo pieces. I have actually talked to a guy that basically runs a deck like that and he said he going 3-1 all the time.

That could be one strategy for sure. And maybe the correct one as well. I combo turn 3/4 with regularity but the combo is easily disrupted as you say. I've also lost with Emrakul on the board as well. Lack of Haste hurts. Let us know what you brew up and test with.
Until Wizards prints a land that lets you sack it to give a creature haste, or lets you sac a land to counter an instant the "combo" will always be glass cannon. I won't give up on UR version yet but for now it may be able to go no further without a major overhaul to include counter for protection.

So I've been brewing the deck since before the thread started, then put the idea away and haven't come back to it until now and see what other people have done.
My plan was less speed (only 2 Desperate/Pyretic Ritual) but more interaction via Goblin Grenade and Lightning Bolt. I figured, I was making goblins anyway, may as well blow them up.
I also run Press for Answers to generate non-creature artifact tokens, to get around instant-speed removal that will cause Polymorph/Creativity to fizzle. Besides the Investigate mechanic, there's only a few non-creature non-artifact cards that can generate a non-creature artifact... Gild and Tezzeret the Schemer being I think the only two. Argent Mutation sort of does the same effect, but isn't playable.
With such minimal ramp (only 2x rituals) don't you find it hard to cast Indomitable Creativity/Polymorph consistently with only 18x lands ?
I find it way too (unnecessarily) risky.
I sometimes run into mana issues even with 22x lands and 8x rituals.
I like the Goblin Grenade idea though, it might be part of a plan to board out the combo to trick the opponent and become a tokens deck with a burn finish of L.Bolt+G.Grenade while they bring in their Grafdigger's Cage and hold mana up for removal or to counter our Indomitable Creativity/Polymorph.
Another possible finisher for this plan can be Burn at the Stake which can win games with just 4-5 tokens on board.
It might be too slow, but the additional interaction seems to somewhat offset that.
It goes a bit wide instead of focusing on one out. I'm not a GP player so I'm not sure if that's the right way to build a deck.
I do like the idea of boarding out the entire combo to transform the deck post-sideboard. Maybe that's how I can give it lots of options while going all-in on the first game.
Thanks for posting Skmt. Interesting take for sure. Dennis has voiced some of my concerns with your list as well so I won't revisit them at this time.
I did want to address the thought of a transformational sideboard. I could see throwing your opponent a curveball game two by turning the deck into a more 8-whack/Goblins version. Maybe something like….
It also feels like Guttersnipe could have a place in there somehow.
Siding out 4 Polymorphs 4Creativities 3 Big Creatures and 4 Faithless Lootings. It would be all or nothing again for sure. Of course a game three your opponent probably just looks to see what you are doing as to what to board for themselves. Its just a thought. I may try it in a casual setting for kicks.

Wow. There is hope for us then. I have a feeling this player lucked into a lot of turn 4 Through the Breach off SSG more than would be statistically expected. There would have to be tons of hands with nothing but big payoff fatties and no Breach/Challenge as well. Good for that player but its making me rethink how "good" the field was there if this made top 16. There would have to be total whiff combo turns where it reveals a bird and and SSG, a hierarch and a bird, two blink creatures or combinations of those. I thought my list had holes. Jeesh.

Thanks for the heads-up. Posted in that thread. Both versions seem to have potential but look like they could use some tweaks.

I just wanted to let yall know my buddy took this deck to our FNM of 100 players and ended up at the top table with the deck. So there is hope, don't get me wrong the deck was just running great and playing against players that wouldn't take the deck serious but he was consistently flipping out dragonlord and emrakul on turn 4 and twice on turn 3 I believe. He did end up losing the last game to a jund deck because jund kept the tokens off the board, so he went 3-1. The one thing great about indomitable creativity is that it can get around graffdigger's cage unlike polymorph. So usually on game two he would side out a 2-3 polymorphs and play a little more control on those games.
From playing that night, he said he struggled keeping tokens on the board for the combo going off so he agreed that mardu maybe the way to go. Adding bitterblossom and nahiri over polymorph could be better, plus you can cast a few things a little easier even though you lose the ability to dig deeper in the deck. You may be able to stay in the longer games this way playing these colors. I know I have mentioned about creating a list and trying it out, but I have been swamped lately with work.
Could Index be a better choice than Serum Visions in that it digs deeper? I have played some games where I SV and draw a big Eldrazi and reveal lands with a hand full of them. I doesn't net you a card for a card but it seems on first inspection that it could be more versatile. Especially with setting up the combo. Thoughts?

It digs only a card (or two if the scry is good) deeper and doesn't replace itself, which I'm pretty sure ends the discussion
The possibility of aligning your next say 2 draws to exactly what you need to combo on turn 4 could be quite valuable over the even more randomness of Serum Visions. I'm thinking early game here, turn 1 or 2. I may test it just to get a feel for it. SV is a great card, I'm just not sure it is optimal for what I run though.

Wondering if Opt has a place in the deck now. SV digs deeper but Opt is instant speed. Hmm… choices.

Alright so I have picked up this deck again and started to tinker with it, I have been playing a jeskai version and seems to be working fairly easy. I have switch things to more instance speed which seems to help against counter decks and slow decks down when they think you are holding counters. I have swapped serum visions with opt, krenkos command with secure the waste, dragon fodder with raise the alarm, I have added remands to the list and also added nahiri to the deck.
This is what I am running, I'd like to test it again at a FNM and see how it does. Past FNMs, the previous U/R/b version went 1-3,2-2, and 4-0 really just depended on the matchups and the combo going off.

Here's my original idea from Feb 1st:
4x Dragon Fodder
2x Faithless Looting
4x Goblin Grenade
2x Hordeling Outburst
4x Indomitable Creativity
4x Krenko's Command
4x Polymorph
2x Press for Answers
4x See Beyond
4x Serum Visions
1x Emrakul, the Aeons Torn
1x Progenitus
Land (18)
1x Boseiju, Who Shelters All
2x Island
2x Misty Rainforest
3x Mountain
4x Scalding Tarn
2x Steam Vents
4x Wooded Foothills
1x Desperate Ritual
4x Lightning Bolt
1x Pyretic Ritual
My plan was less speed (only 2 Desperate/Pyretic Ritual) but more interaction via Goblin Grenade and Lightning Bolt. I figured, I was making goblins anyway, may as well blow them up.

I also chose Progenitus as a backup to Emrakul, the Aeons Torn because of instant-speed graveyard hate like Extirpate and Leyline of the Void.
I hadn't thought of Peer Through Depths, but look forward to finding a way to add it!

Also, just to clarify, Grafdigger's Cage doesn't do anything to Indomitable Creativity... right? They come in from exile.
I'd definetely play more lands though, 18x is not enough.

Avacyn's Pilgrim
Turn 2:
Dunes of the dead
Harrow
Raise the Alarm
Turn 2 can all be done at instant speed
nets you four creatures, mana-fixing, and 5 mana available for next turn
Turn 3:
Profit
and you can still max out on blue control, maybe even get away with a serum or a counterspell on turn 2. Of course finding mana dorks wouldn't be fun
Ditto.
There can be no creature spells other than the "payoff" creatures in the deck.
Unfortunately, instant speed still alludes the combo. (Outside of Quicken)
