This deck is a tribute to my first ever mtg deck, Planar Chaos Theme deck: Unraveling Mind
My main focus is to keep the RB madness theme but making it competitive enough against top tier decks.
Unfortunately, I don't think Mirri the Cursed or Reckless Wurm can make the cut but they will always have a special place in my heart.
As you can see there's not much madness effect card in the decklist but there's plenty of things you can call "madness" according to the definition of madness by google
Call to the Netherworld has a great synergy with Bomat Courier and other discard outlets. It facilitates Bomat Courier's ability, allowing me to discard a creature card without losing advantage.
Rest of the deck is pretty self explanatory I think. Any comment or advice is welcome!
I'm not sure abou bob here. You have lot of expensive cards (obliterators, kalithas, commands, lilianas,...) so it can hurt you a lot. I think I wold play bloodghast in this place so you can discard more and gain value on it.
I like very much the rest of the deck. The new "guide" can be good sometimes and if you can recur it can be awesome.
Another suggestion would be increasing collective brutality to 3 copies or at least two of them because it's soo good and fits the deck perfecty (even more if you play bloodghast).
Bloodghast is interesting, in late game I can feed it to Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet repeatedly which is nice. Definitely worth experimenting. Thanks for the ideas!

Interesting list to be sure. While I'm not as concerned about Bob backfiring because that's always a risk with him, if it ends up being a problem for you perhaps you can consider something like Asylum Visitor? It helps provide card advantage while providing a clock and can be pitched to Collective Brutality and cast that way.
In games you've played so far, how had the list played out? It looks like you want to be on a Jund style grind plan, am I right in thinking that?
Here's a list I've been playing today on xmage. Results were
Bant Eldrazi 2-1
Dredge 0-2
Grixis Control 0-2
Mono Blue Tron 2-0
So far it been running very smooth! Whenever I play Bomat Courier turn 1, it lets me draw 3-4 card consistently. The only concern with this deck is lack of wincon. Yeah, I want this deck to be grindy like jund but I want to focus more on synergy with self-discard and madness.
In order to prevent Call to the Netherworld from becoming a dead card I added Street Wraith, so I can always use Call to the Netherworld as a cantrip at worst. I removed Dark Confidant because Street Wraith cost 5 mana, and that too much damage if I also take into account the life loss from cycling the Wraith. The unique interaction between Wraith, Call to the Netherworld, and discard outlets were quite fascinating. However, multiple use of Wraith were costly, especially against aggro deck. I'm still not convinced if choosing Wraith over Dark Confidant was a right choice.
Bloodghast were useful as persistence attacker and food for Kalitas. It was clearly more suitable for this deck then Phyrexian Obliterator. I should probably add more reliable beaters like bloodghast, any suggestions?
Aside from the Asylum Visitor I mentioned above, here are a few creatures that may offer benefits to the deck. I stuck with things that could get brought back by Call:
Of those, I really like the idea of Nyxathid as your beater, since while it lacks evasion it offers what would likely be a very good power to cost ratio with all the discard you are rolling with.

Madness 1: turn 2 Sinkhole with Simian Spirit Guide and Fulminator Mage.
Madness 2: turn 2 Liliana of the Veil with Simian Spirit Guide. Earlier you play a planeswalker the better.
Madness 3: turn 2 Blood Moon with Simian Spirit Guide.
Don't worry about losing advantage! You can recover with Bomat Courier and Dark Confidant! Bomat Courier is an Ancestral Vision of this deck. If I'm not playing against any Tarmogoyf, this card usually lets me draw 2~4 card by the time my hand is near empty. Lightning Bolt, Terminate, and Liliana of the Veil will provide safety for Bomat Courier.

I think bob is essential to gain advantage in black deck, so what I think I'll do is remove Phyrexian Obliterator instead. I can use that space to shove in few more Collective Brutality or maybe a few Big Game Hunter.
