This is a Modern reinterpretation of the classic Flash Hulk combo from Legacy. Until recently the original win condition wasn't viable due to a lack of any creatures in Modern with a mana cost of X that would die immediately upon entering when X=0. The printings of Endless One, and Hangarback Walker corrected this and allow the original Flash Hulk combo win condition to function again. The deck is an all in combo designed to win as quickly and directly as possible. Turn 1 is possible but extremely unlikely, turn 2 is more viable, and turn 3 is reliable in theory.
The goal of the deck is to cheat Protean Hulk into play as soon as possible via Footsteps of the Goryo or Through the Breach, and then end the turn causing you to sacrifice Protean Hulk and allowing you to tutor up 3x Zulaport Cutthroat, plus all 4 of both Endless One and Hangarback Walker which will all immediately die triggering the Cutthroats to drain your opponent for 24 and winning on the spot. This deck is in the very earliest of design stages and no other info is available currently. I mainly wanted to post it to allow others to pick it up and try and refine it into a more effective list.
Nice deck, the only problem I really see is the drawing abilities. What happens when you draw a endless one or hangarback walker? I guess you can summon them, but it just makes the combo awkward. You need to avoid drawing 11 different cards as well as make sure you can dump hulk into the graveyard to footstep it back.

That was always the issue with even the original version that got banned in legacy. Here there is the issue of no 1cmc Blood Artist effect. My thought would be just holding them and playing them after you combo for additional drain assuming you didn't use a Pact. Footstep is the secondary plan for this reason, Through the Breach you can attack with Hulk first if needed. As long as you can deal 17-1 that should be enough in most cases.
As for Tormenting Voice I didn't include that because it costs 2. The list here really wants to try and win turn 2 if going for Footstep win. So all the draw should be turn 1 unless you're chaining Manamorphose. I could see running something like the Chromatics instead though. Through the Breach win should be turn 3 hopefully. The list for sure needs work, I brewed it up in like 15-20min based off the 2007 Flash Hulk legacy list.
If you want to capitalize on MI, you could also try the old dredge route and give Dakmor Salvage a go to help get that Hulk in the grave. A bit risky but something else to add to the pot.
Sure you have to activate the sac outlet and disciple doesn't give you life, but it does kill your opponent through anything but a split second ability like Sudden Shock and nobody runs those in modern very frequently.

Come watch me stream over at my twitch channel. I play Loam Pox, Ad Nauseam, and jank in modern on MTGO.

Way too many creatures, the combo needs to be as small as possible to reduce the chance of drawing too many pieces. What you suggested is 17 cards, more than a quarter of the deck.
I am aware of Bubble Hulk, this deck isn't the same. Might still use the same enablers but the combo is different and doesn't require chaining multiple abilities into each other.
