I'm still working on the SB, but here's my first draft! I could use some help figuring out the number of each PW by their usefulness. Still on the fence about Sarkhan Vol, but he makes many of the existing creatures all the better. Nissa, Worldwaker is an absolute house though and makes me want to put in more ramp just to get her sooner. There is plenty of room for potential here. I'm looking at Explore, Sylvan Advocate, Azusa, Lost but Seeking, and possibly Mina and Denn, Wildborn as rampy routes too!
21 lands ?? That will never work most of the time. Also im sorry to say, but ur Deck is a mess. Its like Aggro Ramp. You have plenty Planeswalkers, but not enough to protect them. Sarkhan can not protect you at all. He just makes winning faster. Id remove him since your Decks Aggro aspect is way few cards.
Id completely change your Deck into a new strategy.
Red Green has a great early game with Aggro cards, but is stopped by Board-wipes & runout of cards for late game. This is the case where your Planeswalkers excell. They stabilize you after Wrath or something & provide card-advantage every turn, regardless of what cards are on top of your Deck.
Im currently playin this to a certain success:
2 Mountain
2 Forest
4 Copperline Gorge
3 Wooded foothills
4 Stomping ground
2 Gruul turf
2 Kessug wolf run
4 Oran Rief the vastwood
Manland angle means you should be running Sylvan Advocate. Koth is no good here. There's an argument for adding U, at least as a splash for Sarkhan Unbroken in place of the other Sarkhan. 4 Oath of Nissa would be helpful in finding what you need while also making it easier to cast your walkers along with getting another card type for Goyf or even Traverse the Uwevenweld to search up something you need. I wouldn't use Huntmaster because you're already fat on 4 drops.

With the recent spoiling of Arlinn Kord/Arlinn, Embraced by the Moon, I feel compelled to bring a RG Planeswalker deck to light.
With the help of stupid cards like Simian Spirit Guide, Magus of the Moon (or Blood Moon), Tarmogoyf, Oath of Nissa, and Atarka's Command, I think this deck could have a fighting chance against this shifting meta. Keep in mind that Arlinn Kord becomes available in April when an announcement may or may not be made that would affect the current meta.
Anyway, I'm still brainstorming here and would love some opinions. Here's what I've got so far:
3 Garruk Wildspeaker
3 Koth of the Hammer
3 Nissa, Worldwaker
2 Sarkhan Vol
2 Chandra, Flamecaller
4 Tarmogoyf
3 Huntmaster of the Fells
4 Simian Spirit Guide
3 Magus of the Moon
2 Scavenging Ooze
3 Atarka's Command
4 Wooded Foothills
4 Stomping Ground
2 Ghost Quarter
2 Kessig Wolf Run
2 Raging Ravine
4 Forest
3 Mountain
4 Pyroclasm
3 Defense Grid
3 Destructive Revelry
2 Scavenging Ooze
2 Feed the Clan
1 Bow of Nylea
