I've been running a list smilar to your list lectrys. I've been running 3 Boros reckoner. It's been really great to close of games fast. Either a large skred in response to a block or a nice big harvest pyre. I've had a great success rate with jund and delver/twin.
im working on building RW snow swans. reckoners, swans, and blasphemous act should be cool.
EDIT: Sorry couldn't resist. But no I don't think so. Stalking Yeti is somewhat interesting as a recurring Flametongue Kavu. Still pretty mediocre, especially since it can't hit Swan.
What about vedalken shackles in a UR swans build? if we're not running boros reckoner, then we can have like 11-12 islands. woulden't that be a good card then?
I have actually been trying to hybridize the strategy a bit with Blue Moon myself and will be testing it within the next few days. This is my current maindeck. The plains are for Soulfire Grand Master and Wear/Tear
Decks I have in my bag of tricks- Needless to say, someone who wants to play will probably have a deck UB/x Faeries UR Storm XURWB Affinity G Elves UW control
I'm assuming the aforementioned Grandmasters are in the board?
Honestly, I'm not a fan of the card in the Swans lists. It's just way too fragile for my liking, and the times whee you actually get to recur Skreds are few and far between.

Yeah, they are in the board, sorry; I have no clue how this deck should play in my environment, so I dont know how I would tackle a board. I have forgotten all of the games I played of Grixis Swans in standard years ago

Yeah, I wasn't super enthused either. I have yet to find anything else to make the splash remotely worth it, either.

I know Caleb posted a video series on Channel Fireball with URw Swans with 2 Grandmasters, 1 Ojutai, and host of good white sideboard cards. Haven't been able to watch it the whole way through yet though, so I dunno if it's an actual good direction to take.

Maybe with the Ojutai ala Alpha Control.
I like going semi-dedicated burn uR for this deck, though only some of the counterspies really make sense to drop.
I've played the deck with soulfire. And I really don't like it. I'm thinking of replaceing them with seicmic assault. Only because I tend to discard lands when I've drawn cards from a skred.
But I don't know if it's worth it

Personally, I do like Conflagrate more than Seismic Assault. It's easier to cast, and it has the function of having [mc]R[/mc]: Discard this card, in addition to [mc]RR[/mc]: Cycle any number of cards, remove things, or deal damage to a player.
i don't really se the use for Stuffy doll. kinda expensive. i'd much rather have a boros reckoner. And i've begun to shy away from spell snare. Just because it get's stranded in my hand pretty often. Don't know if you've had any experince with that?

Spell snare never get stranded in my hand so far.. Since there's so many target for it? Tarmo and etc?
I prefer stuffy doll to boro reckoner course it is indestructible and you don't have to worry about your mana since it's colourless. With boro reckoner you can only make use of it's effect once and it's dead, if you don't win the game with it with that one shot, it's a waste of resource. while with stuffy doll you could use it multiple times, burn win the game with multiple Skred or with harvest pyre while itself can tap and burn opponent one damage on its own.

Current Deck(s): TappedOut Would love to have more input to improve!
I run boros reckoner instead of soulfire dude, and a second ojutai instead of any vendilion clique. Very interesting control deck. It's terrific to hold up counter magic and end up skredding for 4+ at EOT. Crushing card advantage. Reckoner is terrific in the transition game to get to swans. He blocks and kills a lot of stuff, and is brutal if you skred him late.

Could you share your list with us? How's the mana concerning the Reckoner? Any problems dropping him when you need to?
Also, as a general question for everyone, how has your games gone versus Twin? I'm running a plain UR list and I've struggled against the deck.

You can see there's a lot of twin hate in the sideboard between spellskite, rending volley, paths, counterflux, and wear/tear. I have had moderate success with that match, about 50-50 so far. The biggest issue is being patient. Twin can't outcontrol me, but it can assemble the combo opportunistically. It depends on the build but for UR twin I side out snares, 2x remand, and anger of the gods for the twin hate. So far it's been solid. The biggest complain is them using burn on swans for card draw, so I usually try to wait a bit longer, stretch the game out.

First we are simply red white adding blue seemed too tough on the mana. Secondly Soulfire grand master, just seems really good in this deck, you just start looping that skred from turn 5. Thirdly rending volley hits everything we want to hit in our deck and our opponents deck its good stuff.
Sideboard hasn't been decided on, but there will probably be a full set of fulminator mage, we argued over the usefulness of harvest pyre and roast as options.
Blood moon is certainly less punishing to a two color build. Luckily we run enough basics to plan ahead. If I owned fulminators I'd consider it in addition as a tron hoser since blood moon doesn't stop them.

Could Young Pyromancer be an option? It's an early threat, gives our spells further utility, and at worst steers burn spells and the like away from our swans.
