I was inspired by collected company and thought RUG twin would make good use of the card, but that doesn't seem to be the case, All i see is counter spells and a lot of weak creatures meant to enable permission and tempo alike. What not a lot of people are aware of is the white creatures that enable splinter twin combo. Looking through the available cards I have a lot more creatures with substantial attack power than I do in RUG and Grixis versions of splinter twin and I can get aggro value as well as combo value out of collected company. over all though this set up gives me a better game plan against grindier match ups game 1.
-this is what I made so far. I'm not completely set on my utility spells. I think a few things could be switched up.
-I like noble hierarch for the exalted, but It might not be necessary, don't like how it doesn't make red.
-I'd need to change the mana base a little but It can still support blood moon in the side or the main which is another reason I like the naya colors.

This should be in the deck creation page rather than the developing competitive page, but overall it is an interesting idea, but i don't think giving up counterspell backup for bigger dudes would be as strong as a Temur or Grixis version of the Twin decks.
I'd put in some Heliod's Pilgrims in the deck, then cut some Splinter Twins (I recommend going down to 2 of them). You can hit Pilgrim with Collected Company, then tutor for Twin with them. You can also search for other cool Auras instead such as Chained to the Rocks (decent removal).
I agree with the heliod's pilgrims comment, but I would replace dromoka's command instead. That particular instant doesn't do much for the deck that boros charm wouldn't do better (primarily indestructible) allowing you to free up two slots for better combo potential.
I like the idea behind the list. But I can't help but wonder what the real purpose behind the deck is. RUG Twin gets away with playing Goyf as backup simply because Goyf is low-cost (in terms of requiring additional dedication to be good, not CMC) and it gets the random bonus of playing cards like Ancient Grudge. Whereas this just seems liks a bad Twin deck and a bad mid-range deck slapped together. That said I don't think it is bad, just needs more focus.
On that same note, the best aspect of white is it's hate. Specifically it's enchantment hate. Ofcourse Wizards screwed us over making Pilgrim only fetch auras but there are plenty of good auras to find. Already mentioned was Chained to the Rocks. Another good option is Wheel of Sun and Moon for random graveyard decks. But that isn't really what you were going for I don't think.
As far as building around Collected Company Man how frustrating that only half of the combo is summon-able. But despite that I think any W Build should take advantage of Restoration Angel. Resto+Kiki is perhaps less quick but is much more versatile and inclusive of the alternate beat down strategy. For example why not run Blade Splicer in place of the Loxodon Smiters. It doubles as a solid beater while also benefiting from the ETB from Resto and Kiki.
I like that list, its looks better than my original draft for the concept I want to ultimately get at. assault formation looks interesting I'll have to try that. It certainly seems like it would enable a strong beat down plan, for outside of comboing.
I have this sleeved up at the moment.
I put some blood moon effects in the main list.
I'm a fan a smiter because he is only 1 pump away from being a 5/5 to fight siege rhino and tasigur.
I'm experimenting with Alesha, Who Smiles at Death as a means to revive the dead combo pieces. looking at omGeo's list though I'm thinking she could go much further in a list heavy on 0/x creatures, combined with a "doran effect"

My thinking for dromoka's command was that the 1/1 counter would put loxodon smiter or tarmogoyf over the 4/x and into 5/x to win the fight against 4/5's that are in the meta game right now in other mid range decks.
furthermore I was split between what dorks to run, exalted for making tarmogoyf or loxodon smiter a 5/x was something I really liked as well.

Just some food for thought.
I fully agree Lucky. I'm just trying to support his idea and see if there is something that can be done to make it playable. It is definitely weak in comparison to the blue counterpart. It has trouble getting to the combo.
@TheRogue smiter is cool, but you can probably find other ways of getting rid of siege rhino and tasigur. Smiter still requires something additional to get it there. Maybe you can add a gavony to help the walls just block.
Edit: Path to Exile is your best answer for siege rhino and tasigir. I believe Selesnya Charm works too, but it might be too cute. Advent of the Wurm is an okay answer too, but it nombos with collected company. At that point you can consider siding it out.
I was looking at ways to get dead creatures back for the late game and came across Order of Whiteclay. Order of Whiteclay being a 1/4 and needing to untap might be better in a deck focused on assault formation to turn those big 0/x's into attack power!

I agree that Dromoka's Command really doesn't do much here. I like the suggestion of cutting it for Heliod's Pilgrim.

Draft My Cube!
I am currently thinking about adding 4 knight of the reliquary, both for the beatdown aspect and for the combo protection one (with sejiri steppe).
plus unlike loxodon smiter, Alesha, Who Smiles at Death could reanimate fallen knights.
