I would say you should probably be focusing more on assembling enough mana to cast a lethal T&N and worrying less about the creatures you have. Things like Gaea's Revenge and Terastodon as singletons in the deck are not going to do you much good. You should tutor for your wincon, Emmy + Xenagos and try to leave it at that.
Things like the two Mindslavers are not going to be doing too much for you. What do you expect to use them for, disrupting the opponent for a turn? You don't have a mindslaver lock in your deck so until you have 10 mana to play it then it will just be a dead card in your hand. I'd look into removing them.
Reap and Sow is pretty slow, so I would maybe suggest Ancient Stirrings because it will allow you to grab lands, but it will also put any of your threats on the bottom (Emmy/Xenagos) and prevent you from drawing them. This ensures that T&N will be able to search for them rather than having them stuck in your hand.
And lastly is there any reason to not have a 4th Overgrown Battlement? That card alone can get you to an Emrakul so I think having a playset + Wall of Roots will generate you some good mana that will be faster than what you can manage with the Tron lands and Forests.
Why not cut the tron lands put in primal command and nykthos and smore more mana ramp
Because then his deck is essentially Nykthos Green. That's like saying why not just play Gr Tron instead if this Tooth and Nail version because you are already playing the Tron lands, Emrakul, Expadition Map, Sylvan Scrying etc...
Aside from that I agree with pretty much everything mtg_noob2 said because he pretty much summed up my post.
One point no one's made is that you shouldn't run Stomping Ground. 2 life can actually be pretty significant to Tron decks. Instead, I'd suggest Grove of the Burnwillows. When you're attacking them with huge fatties, the 1 life rarely matters, and you sometimes won't even need to tap it for colored mana.
Any enchantment pester you? Ghostly Prison not pester, and you have Terastodon also
You should be wanting to play Natures Claim instead of Ancient Grudge. It deals with Splinter Twin which is a big problem vs this kind of a deck. It deals with Boggles which is a big problem vs this kind of a deck (if you cant get an O-stone or Pyroclasm in time). Gains you life when you need it vs Burn etc...
Overall I would say a 4x Nature's Claim 0x Ancient Grudge or 3x Natures Claim 1x Ancient Grudge is best for the sideboard. If Affinity is rampant in your meta then play both as 4x and 1x then. You can go look at Tron sideboards for better ideas on these cards too since the decks are so similar.
took all your advice, picked up my new additions yesterday.
i kept 3 harmonize main board, it just helps with excelleration if i cant get any wincon cards. i like the idea of pissed off Akroma, just cant figure out where to fit her even if i wanted her in.

You have weigh whether or not Akroma is worth it though. She dies to 2 Bolts, and dies to ANY black removal spell. If you draw her you will basically never be able to cast her because of the triple red cost. You should only have a couple of threats that are searched up with T&N. The more you have, the more redundant draws you will have and more dead cards in hand. Things like Primeval Titan are fine because they are castabe, and once you play them they help your game plan.
Think about it, would there ever be a reason to search for Akroma rather than Emrakul with T&N?

I picked up Nature's Claim last night for the side board, is this acceptable?

Karplusan Forest is a more budget-friendly option that actually used to be run over Grove.
