Good job, and very reminiscent of the Standard Kithkin deck played once Shards of Alara came out! may have to adjust my still composed deck from then for a little bit of modern.

Thanks guys. The best part is that nobody took me seriously when I dropped a Stalwart turn 1. A few people even had to read the cards. There really isn't a better feeling than activating a Windbrisk before blockers are declared to Path an opposing Tarmogoyf and getting in with all your creatures.
So I had another pretty good showing with Kithkin at my local weekly Modern tourney.
Round 1 = Beat Junk 2-1. Not much to say here. Their problem creatures (Goyf and Bob) are easily taken care of by Path/Bolt/Ajani. Lingering Souls is kind of annoying but thankfully our Spectral tokens are bigger than theirs when Honor is on the field. I won Game 1 via Spectral + Windbrisk activation -> Honor. Game 2 I was overwhelmed by Goyfs despite a late Blood Moon to shut off his manlands. I was too far in the hole at that point. Game 3 was much of the same of Game 1. Fairly easy matchup imo.
Round 2 = Beat G/W Hatebears 2-0. I was told that this was a tough matchup, but I didn't really get that impression. Game 1 I ran him over. Game 2 was much closer and was very grindy. He eventually frustrates my mana with the Ghost Quarter/Path/Arbiter/Mindcensor lock, and he even morphs a red Akroma then flickers it with Resto. Not sure how I win this. I land a third creature (have 2 Knights and a Cenn in play now), then activate Windbrisk to cast a second Cenn and sneak in exactly lethal.
Round 3 = Lost to Kiki Pod(?) 0-2. Game 1 I had lethal on board but he combos off while I have a Bolt in hand but he has Spellskite in play. Bummer. Game 2 I again had lethal on board but he topdecks a Resto Angel to ambush my two attackers (he had a Glen Elendra in play). I can't recover. He admits afterwards that he saw my last round and knew I had access to Blood Moon so he sideboarded accordingly (he ended up blowing up my Blood Moon with that new green guy from M15), and also admitted that Resto was his only out in Game 2. Sucks, but that happens sometimes. This was a rougher match than the prior two.
I ended up dropping before the final round, as 3-1 doesn't typically pay out well and it was getting late. Still, another solid showing. I feel comfortable against the fair, aggro/midrange decks. There are still a few slots in the main and in the side I'm tweaking, but I'm hoping to reach a final list soon.
@DontYouJIMMYMe
Well, I'm running Mono W Kithkin and I would only splash for red. But there are good points in WG Kith- and one of them is Gaddock.
I've also seen some WG Kithkin decks running those "green Kithkins" or using some cards like Garruk Wildspeaker, Chameleon Colossus and the Goyf.
Of course these variations needs to be tested, but playing them can be really funny.
I love kithkin tribal and played a janky version of it for a while with friends, but now I want to make a somewhat decent list out of them and this is what I came up with. Its fairly similar to most of the stuff here, but I would still love any feedback if anyone is still around in this thread!
B. You can try the Mirror version of Kithkins (which uses Mirrorweave and works nicely with Liege and Cenn). Since you are using AEther Vial, you could try to run 4 Somnomancer.
C. There's another version of Mirrorweave Kithkins, which uses Wilt-Leaf Liege instead of the UW one. In this case you can remove the Zealous Guardians, Somnomancers and the UW Liege.
As I said before, Kithkin decks may vary. My favourite is the classic one, but if you don't like going for it, you can try out one of these I mentioned.
Regards!
It beats affinity, tron, post-sideboard burn and twin/shift/storm combos. UWx is infuriating as always but Mutavault helps with the post-wrath depression. BGx is hard but fun.
The bombardier is a good idea because of reinforce, I didn't remember there was another flying kithkin. I don't run precession because it's 3 white in a deck with Mutas, and because the spirits never did much for me.
I was able to beat up another aggro decks easily. Also, when I lost against UWR Twin I felt like beating combo decks is just a matter of sideboarding (and being lucky, lol).
The only problem so far is UW/Esper Control, any sideboard that's working fine for you guys?
Glad to see this thread still (somewhat) active! Anyone have any reports as of late? I haven't played in a Modern event in months so sadly I have nothing to report.

Same here, I haven't played since October. Anw, I would be glad if someone post some recent results.
With Pod no longer a threat (I found it to be one of our tougher matchups), I'm hoping to refine the sideboard a bit and get some more practice/testing in.

Indeed. So, what are the options you thought so far?
Suppression Field is a nice choice. Anw, what do you think about Torpor Orb? The only problem is that I would have to cut Cloudgoat Ranger when using it. Also, it seems to me that Runed Halo is versatile and can be helpful.
Still wasn't able to test Runed Halo very well, but I thought about including Stillmoon Cavalier. I'll try to hurry and test both side cards as soon as possible...
EDIT: I'm still using Stillmoon Cavalier instead of Runed Halo in sideboard and I guess I'll keep'em for a while. Runed is nice, but it's not THAT necessary.
Hey buds, long time Modern player here (currently on Twin). I loved Kithkin in Standard (still have all the cards) and was wondering how viable it is in Modern.
The red splash seems kind of cool as it allows you to race faster with Bolt and Helix and gives access to the best SB card in Modern that is Blood Moon.
How many lands should I run for a trial Version? And are Cloudgoat Rangers still as good as they were in Standard?

Hi! In Mono W you can run 22 lands (4 Windbrisk and 18 plains) or 20 lands cutting Windbrisk off. When you splash for Red I guess 22 lands is a viable option.
Cloudgoats are nice with Windbrisk Heights, I can barely see them in a game without those lands. But they still are great finishers in late game.

A. For a classic deck, replace Thistledown Liege and Zealous Guardian for a set of Cloudgoat Ranger and then choose between 2 Thoughtweft Trio/Ranger of Eos/Planeswalkers. You may also add +1 Plains/Mutavault (22 lands = fine)
B. You can try the Mirror version of Kithkins (which uses Mirrorweave and works nicely with Liege and Cenn). Since you are using AEther Vial, you could try to run 4 Somnomancer.

Anyways, I guess you can give a try to Burrenton Bombardier/Spectral Procession or even Cloudgoat Ranger instead of Avian Changeling. What do you think?

I would probably cut the Hushwing Gryff from my side and include a few Suppression Field.

I'm gonna test Runed Halo in the next games and post the results here asap.
