I made this to be hyper-budget, and it is performing amazingly well.
Anything I'm missing? The sideboard is definitely a work in progress, so any help there is especially appreciated.
That deck is interesting, but feels like it would actually play out very differently. With that one, you need to go wide to win in a timely manner, whereas in mine I am really only going to have 1-2 creatures out most games that want to hit for 4-5 a turn.
Those cards are indeed superior to Flying Men, except for:
Price
Tribe
The bug-eyed surprised look you get when you drop a Flying Men on the board... lol
Vapor Sang is certainly a consideration, but I am generally more worried about keeping my creatures alive than bouncing my opponent's stuff. Thus far, Mizzium Skin has been one of the better cards in the deck, 'countering' Maelstrom Pulses, Cryptic Commands, and one extremely irritated opponent's Snap Caster Mage'd Abrupt Decay, along with all the other incidental removal spells.
And plopping Ordeal of Thassa on an Invisible Stalker is just too addictive to give up.
I actually like the SB besides Sleep which seems pretty weak.
I'd suggest Ratchet Bomb instead as it is a flexible removal option that can deal with various permanents.
Besides a tiny bonus of Silver-Inlaid Dagger there is no reason to stick to human-creatures only so choosing better 1-drops is the way to go imho.
As your creatures will not outsize other threats (think DS, Goyf, Tasigur, Angler) having bounce/removal spells is more important than additional protection which can already be had with the more universal counterspells in Mana Leak/Spell Pierce (or Negate/Turn Aside) that you already have.
A more proactive way to deal with removal can also be Quickling.
Aerialist seems like a decent card, though I'm not sure I'd prefer him to a flash threat like Rattlechains/Dimensional Infiltrator that you can cast on opponent's end step to avoid sorcery-speed removal and hold up mana for counters.
If you replace Flying Men with Faerie Miscreant you have the option to use Spellstutter Sprite as your 2-drop for even more disruption.
Wingcrafter does a nice Flying Men impression and can help lift some of your other creatures into the air. And Grand Architect works well with cheap equipments and lots of blue evasive creatures too.

4x Delver of Secrets
4x Flying Men
4x Invisible Stalker
4x Skyship Plunderer
Instants - 12
4x Mana Leak
4x Mizzium Skin
4x Spell Pierce
4x Ordeal of Thassa
Artifacts - 8
4x Bonesplitter
4x Silver-Inlaid Dagger
Land - 20
20x Island
2x Aetherize
2x Sleep
2x Relic of Progenitus
3x Echoing Truth
2x Sun Droplet
2x Spreading Seas
2x Disdainful Stroke
It is pretty similar but uses better creatures with more synergy/support.
For instance playing Delver with only 12x instants/sorceries isn't a good idea and Flying Men isn't a playable creature when you have better options like: Judge's Familiar, Mausoleum Wanderer and the new Siren Stormtamer.
I'd definitely play Vapor Snag (over Mizzium Skin) here and Favorable Winds over Ordeal of Thassa.

Any thoughts on the sideboard? What do you think of the new Storm Fleet Aerialist?

Some more aura options can be: Unstable Mutation, Spectral Flight and Cartouche of Knowledge (cantrips).
Wings of Velis Vel is a decent pump spell to push through more damage.
Faerie Conclave is a good creature-land option for the deck.
Judge's Familiar[/card], or even Siren Stormtamer would be really good as they protect your bigger threats like Delver.
