Hey everyone, figured I'd drop these lists here since I've enjoyed playing them for a while, and I haven't been able to find many decks in this price range that are more competitive. I like trying to make good, super-cheap decks, and I may update this thread in the future with more decks if people want them. These decks don't include sideboards, but I could recommend cards for sideboards if requested.
This deck is a pretty straight-forward midrange/creature style strategy where you try to establish and maintain the better board state so you can turn your creatures sideways. Putrefy is cheap ($), and being able to hit both creatures of any color and artifacts make this worth including. Preventing regen will rarely be relevant, but if it is it's icing on the cake. Golgari Charm primarily exists to save you from board wipes, but being able to wipe out 1/1s and enchantments gives you even more removal in certain matchups. Kin-Tree Invocation makes the colors worth running (for this budget).
A perfect game you could go t1 Slitherhead, t2 Woodlurker Mimic, t3 Kin-Tree for a 5/5 (6/6 if Slitherhead died) while holding green to protect Woodlurker or the token from targeted removal and swinging with a 4/5 (or 5/6) Woodlurker. Obviously every game can't go that well, but Putrid Leech is another (more durable) Woodlurker, albeit generating slightly weaker tokens. Even if you never draw into Kin-Tree Invocation you can win on the backs of these well-statted creatures if you play well and are lucky.
Very different from the first list, and far more janky. This is my $15 spin on deathtouch pingers. Most players won't expect a control deck from Red/Green, and with good draws you can absolutely curb many other creature based decks. There isn't much to talk about with this deck. You suit up your Sneks with Fire Whip/Power of Fire as early as turn 2 and start taping your opponents board away. This deck gets burned against bad matchups (or good sideboarding by your opponent) so if you take this to FNM just hope you dodge the creatureless strategies. This deck is fairly consistent vs easy matchups, so you do have a real chance of taking some t1/t2 players by surprise and walking away with some wins. Just know you won't make any friends playing this list.

If anyone has suggestions to improve these decks while keeping them around $15, or knows of stronger decks in the price range, let me know. Hope someone gets some enjoyment out of one of these lists.
