Thanks corrected it.
And great suggestions!Thank you immensely.
I'm trying to put together a deck of flying creatures with basic abilities that use a very small amount of wording for my kid,i built a boros heroic and a zombie deck but now he wants to have a flying deck.lol.
Hes only eight so he can read a little but walkers are too much for him.
He can beat tier one decks running my burn deck so his game is good,he just gets overwhelmed during games with cards with too many words or abilities. So his theory is that flying creatures are usually simple and have evasion so he wants a deck full of them,he doesnt know what colors yet.
What you do for your kids right?lol.
I tried spell queller but it was too much for him, I have a UW spirit deck that initially gave him the idea but it's beyond his capability right now.I even built a copy of this deck on mtgo and it's been fun playing it.
It still feels flooded though,I think going down to 18 lands would be better,Id like to have the other 2 strands in but fetches really confuse him,he doesnt understand the various uses of them yet.I have a moon prison deck with bridges and nahiri he's seen me use so he knows he can crack one in response to blood moon for a basic.
I don't know what to add in the other 2 slots if I take out those extra lands. delver of secrets is what he wants, but I only have one playset and it's in my WUR delver deck with snappy and clique that's sleeved and played regularly.
I was thinking a couple azorius charm myself.I think that card has value for its cost in a deck like this, and it's simple for him to understand when to use it.
I really like the deck myself, playing it on mtgo has been a blast,it doesn't have many tricks but even after a board wipe or relentless discard it can come back fairly quick.
It has enough counters and buffs to become both resilient too, and problematic for the opponent.
The prisons was probably the best addition we did, turn one is a nodda unless we path but turn two we can drop a creature or leak a spell, followed by a turn 3 prison.
Kira was something I never thought of for this but is a house, dies frequently but that's the game.
Clod5, I thank you for all those great suggestions.I hope you like the result, its budget friendly and is actually very competitive.
I like the tron with karn matchup, they get maybe one creature that's tiny and a restart actually isn't that bad.If they go for the lands they can't take enough, fast enough before a swarm of tokens are eating away life totals, and a single persecution has given enough to win quite often.Ugin is a problem though...
Its by no means turn four capable but it can disrupt long enough to get a foothold and build up,with all the paths and bolts floating around tokens are the best.
1 Rattlechains
1 Spectral procession
1 Midnight haunting
1 Hypnotic specter
1 Unyaro bees
That kind of stuff.has to be budget cards though, keep it to a couple bucks. They need to be 3cmc or less.
Plain vanilla's don't work either.

Some tweaks I'd make would be:
-4x Jace's Phantasm, -4x Grand Architect, -3x Mana Leak
+4x Vault Skirge, +4x Signal Pest, +3x Spellstutter Sprite
I'd also consider Blinkmoth Nexus over Contested War Zone as a safer option and a sweeper insurance in addition to Faerie Conclave.
The newly spoiled Siren Stormtamer seems pretty good for this deck as well.
