I also thought about Faithless Looting to value out on WEird and Mancer, but that doesn't fit the Decks Gameplan.
It's about Card-Drawing, Tempo-Stuff (Repeal, Remand, Jet) and finishing the opponent with Stoke the Flames, Goblin Grenade or just Gobo-Tokens.
Try to run as few inconsistent cards as you can, Goblin Grenade is dead if you don't have a Goblin, Repeal is too slow for an aggro deck, as are Hordeling Outburst, Think Twice, and Goblin Electromancer. I think Grim Lavamancer is a much better threat than Blistercoil Weird unless you want to go all in with Ground Rift.

Perilous Research is beautiful, didn't know the Card right now.
What about the numbers to put in?
I'd say
It might be correct to just take out Remand altogether because it's not really what this deck is trying to accomplish.
It's definitely a mix of Tempo and Aggro, Goblin Grenade would lean it towards aggro while Remand towards Tempo. Control/Tempo would be harder to play without Snapcaster Mage, but who wants to buy Snapcaster at $50 right now, that's just absurd.
Frankly I have no idea how this deck plays out, so if you're the creator for the deck, then you'll have to do the most playtesting to see how different match ups go and alter your cards based on that.

slingin' around with different CArds, i want to create kinda like UR Delver with Goblin Rabblemaster and Goblin Electromancer.
Cards i want to include:
A first rough sketch would look like this:
3 Goblin Rabblemaster
3 Blistercoil Weird
3 Goblin Electromancer
13 Creatures
4 Lightning Bolt
2 Magma Jet
2 Repeal
3 Krenko's Command
3 Stoke the Flames
2 Think Twice
3 Sleight of Hand
3 Remand
2 Spell Snare
2 Hordeling Outburst
2 Goblin Grenade
28 Instants & Sorceries
3 Arid Mesa
4 Steam Vents
3 Sulfur Falls
3 Mountain
2 Island
19 Lands
The numbers are somehow random.
Manabase is what i own, don't have Scalding Tarn right now.
The Tokens are here for Stoke the Flames and Goblin Grenade
which work fine in conjunction with Goblin Electromancer and Blistercoil Weird.

Maybe i run some Sideboard Weapon Surge or Dynacharge as anthem Effect-Stuff.
What's your oppinion on that?
The Deck shouldn't be competitive right now, but be able to develop into a comp. Deck.

cutting Think Twice and Sleight of Hand.
What gets in instead are Condescend and an additional Remand.
Question remains about the Grenade / Stoke Route:
Wether i cut Goblin Grenade for exchanging Goblin Electromancer with Young Pyromancer and add another Stoke the Flames
or just stay on the Gobo-Token Route?

In: Young Pyromancer, Sleight of Hand, Remand, Perilous Research, Grim Lavamancer

I didn't recognize this kind of deck would be classified as Aggro instead of Tempo.

It's my idea.
What bothers me here is Young Pyromancer, which works fine with cantrips and Bolts, but i couldn't imagine to get him to work in my List.
Goblin Electromancer plus Draggon Fodder both cheapens Stoke the Flames by 2Mana and enables deadshots with Goblin Grenade.
