The combo: Arcbond on a lifelinked (Nearheath Pilgrim) Volcano Hellion outright wins you the game, getting you possible thousands of life, as well as doing any amount of damage to your opponent(s) and all creatures. Swans of Bryn Argoll can get you tons of cards with Pariah, and Stuffy Doll and Boros Reckoner deal excessive amounts of damage. If you cast Arcbond on one of those Pariah-ed creatures, then it creates an infinite combo (provided its indestructible, hence Valorous Stance), since all Arcbond damage dealt to is dealt to the Pariah creature, thus setting Arcbond on another loop. Transcendent Master is indestructible and also has lifelink, making it a great Arcbond target.
Sorry this isn't very budget, but it's certainly not a T1 modern deck, so its here for now...
Some way of drawing/filtering cards might be helpful. Something like Tormenting Voice maybe. Even Wall of Omens could help to "fog" the opponent a little bit and dig you through the deck.

Sorry about bumping this back to the top but I think scottpilgrimfan might have a fun little deck here if the overall curve was lowered. Pariah and Boros Reckoner is a neat combo if you can get it out and protect it. This could be something that might benifit from Collected Company or a control build that uses swans/Pariah for draw and the Reckoner as a finisher. It just needs to focus on what it wants to do. I think Spellskite would fit in this to protect the reckoner and also as a Arcbond target when playing against burn to wipe burn's board. Serra Ascendant could also fit in an aggro version of the deck as a good arcbond target. I might have to try out a brew of this, too bad there isn't a goblin diplomats kind of effect that can be played as a cheaper instant than Incite War.
I like the idea. I run a similar deck that I consider a bit less jank, using the pure combo of Boros Reckoner/Blasphemous Act. Of course, I run Spitemares for consistency, and a 1-of Dictate of the Twin Gods. Also, Forbidden Orchard has no downside in a deck that wants cheap Blasphemous Act casting cost.
Obviously, the Soulfire Grand Master is s backup "crap, I'm in a hole" plan. Lets you Act and gain upwards of 60 life to buy you time.
My support package looks like this:
In my non budget version, I run 4 Path to Exile here, but you have more options. You can run Condemn instead and later upgrade to Paths, or you can splash some more black for Ultimate Price.
Then you've got your lands. I only run the Onslaught fetches cause they're the cheapest and I'm not made of money. And they can find me my singleton Swamp.
Budget options here are checklands and the scry lands from Theros. But realistically, splurge here first.
