The only way I can think of to do it is just absurd: Turn the Enchantments into Artifacts (Liquimetal Coating), turn the Artifacts into Creatures (March of the Machines), and move counters between Creatures (Leech Bonder).
You could just turn your enchantments directly into creatures with Starfield of Nyx and Opalescence and then move the counters.
Otherwise, there doesn't appear to be a good way to do what you want. It might just be easier to double the counters on them with things like Gilder Bairn but that requires you to get a counter on them first.
