It doesn't seem like a combo deck to me since it doesn't win on the spot by resolving Living End, but what is the general consensus on the deck's classification?

It's definitely combo, it literally revolves around one card, you attack it like a combo deck and it doesn't really do anything but its thing. If you're playing street wraith you're probably a combo deck.
It's a combo deck in the sense that it does a lot in comparison to the amount of mana you're spending. Not many "fair" decks can wipe the opponent's board, put three mid-sized creatures into play and draw three cards for 6 mana total.

I dont think that overcosted combat tricks (Cascade cards) and draft commons are worth it in a vacuum...

5678This statement is funnier when you realize that the Living End player's board is usually empty when they're casting Violent Outburst.
