RG Tron. A bunch of people have been acting like it's dead with the Eye of Ugin ban, but frankly it's still there and while it's not AS powerful as it was, it's still just trucking along.
Tron was moved to tier1 recently. Still underrated? Or you don't read tiers?

Project Booster Fun makes it less fun to open a booster.
Well I gotta throw in my beloved RUG Eternal Ruse here. Not sleeping Toptier contender but it could definetely perform in the lower grounds of Tier 2.
Tarmogoyf, Bolt-Snap-Bolt or Bolt-Witness-Bolt and the Ruse/Command-Witness lock are powerful tools, it definetely deserves some more recognition. Maybe it's just too expensive.
But well at least I can continue to catch opponents off guard online
I don't know if you're local to California, but an Eternal Command list got 1st place at a SiB tournament last weekend in Anaheim, CA. The player was an acquaintance of mine, but I hadn't seen him in quite a while.
Dredge and infect that isnt G/U.
G/R infect is awesome just a glass cannon.
Dredge is amazing but it gets weird love where people build it incorrectly and so it gets hated on a lot.
I swear if people played dredge like you would woth lightsworn from yugioh you'd see more of it.
I'm curious about Dredge. Do you have an Prized Amalgam list?
Mardu. It turns out that combining the best of Junk plus the best of Jund minus Goyf and Scooze is actually pretty damn good.
Edit: I also think that BUG/RUG Scour Delver with Disruptive Shoal is a lot more viable than people give it credit for.
I have to hand it to Mardu since usually decks that try to be Jund/Junk usually end in failing, but I personally think that Mardu is just not quite there yet. I do think it can do well in certain metas since it's gonna be tough for your opponent to have a surviving creature.
Turns beats lots of slower decks. I found it somewhat tough against ultra quick Aggro; in particular, Infect, but it is definitely a solid deck. I personally like the UG version.
Tron Eggs feels silly underplayed, as well as UW Tron Gifts.
this website rates tron tier 1. How is it underrated?
I don't think he means Tron. I think he's talking about KCI Eggs. There are many versions of Eggs, per se, but there is a version with the Tron lands and KCI meant to hardcast Emrakul, the Aeon's Torn. Actually a guy locally claims to have built this deck himself (he's been on Eggs ever since it was legal in Standard). His name is
Leviticus McNeese
if someone wants to google it. He's a real "Egghead."

It's not bad right now. With the meta being so creature based Tokens gets a real boon, and one anthem and Staticaster doesn't matter. But yes, BW Tokens is super underrated. The same could be said for straight Red Deck Wins. Very strong, but highly underrated because it has trouble with Leyline of Sanctity. Finally, Troll Worship. That deck is so funny but when it works your opponent just can't win.

This statement is simply false. When decks are playing more hate cards for your deck archetype you are going to be in for a bad time hence why BW tokens is fine being placed in tier 3. Red deck wins is literally 20 percent of the meta (small zoo and burn which both are red deck wins). HOW IS IT OVERRATED? Troll worship plays like a bad naya zoo deck that plays worship which most creature based decks like abzan company can just do on sideboard.

Yes, when there are more hate cards, a deck gets worse. But Staticaster, which generally comes out of the sideboard, is nullified by mainboard cards. I'm not going to lie: Engineered Explosives sucks for us. It is really annoying, but the deck doesn't just fold to it. I've been playing the deck for a while now (7+ months), and in my experience EE is not an insta-lose. I never claimed Tokens should be tier 1 or 2. My statement is based purely on how these decks are viewed, which is mediocre to straight bad in some cases, and I believe these to be false. I was talking about straight mono red, and Naya and Zoo together only comprise 10% of the meta based off of MTGGoldfish stats, which have a reputation for being accurate. I wouldn't lable Zoo as RDW, but rather a multicolor aggro deck. If every red aggro deck is RDW, then Allies is RDW, but it's really not. It's a CoCo deck, but this really opens up another can of worms in how we label decks into archetypes, which really varies from person to person. I've never seen Troll Worship in Naya colors, only Bant and GW, but I'm sure it's been done. The strategy works, but it is janky. The issue is that it folds to alternate forms of damage, like poison.
EDIT: Are you using mtgtop8 for your statistics? I know they label Zoo and Naya Burn as RDW, but their percentages add up to 11%
jeskai ascendancy combo? people sort of just lost interest after the dig and cruise bannings (those cards were taking all the attention anyway because they were insane), but all the other pieces are still there and adding green for mana dorks, glittering wish, and a wishboard makes the deck a lot more consistent than you'd think. i have been killed on turn 2 before. turn 3 is much more likely.

RG Tron. A bunch of people have been acting like it's dead with the Eye of Ugin ban, but frankly it's still there and while it's not AS powerful as it was, it's still just trucking along.
That's true. I said before bans that GR Tron would survive Eye of Ugin ban and that it would be still a decent deck without it. Many people acted like Eye of Ugin ban was the end of Tron but you don't kill it so easy. It's worse deck for sure but still very viable.
Tron is arguably stronger than it was post eldrazi due to the addition of wotld breaker. The late game is definitely weaker but there mid game is superior now thanks to the new eldrazi. The deck just packs way too much land destruction for any fair deck to deal with that even Shuan McClaren says it feels harder now to beat tron.

Bushwacker zoo/burn is the definition of a red decks wins deck. (tons of fast, efficient red creatures, plus burn spells) It even uses Devastating Summons as an all in card. Saying a deck is underrated means that more people should be playing it. Tiers in magic are equated to how much a deck is played.

I completely agree with this statement. It also helps tron that they have eldrazi temple as a legal card so they can make their builds very unique if they want.
