I'm brewing up a brew, and I need at least one of these cards (Though will start with a 3/2 split of some sort) and I was just wondering what everyone thought of which was better/worse.
They are rather imperative to the brew, but I have no experience with either. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Oath of the Gatewatch; the set that caused the competitive community to freak out over Basic Lands.
Whats the list, or general idea? sort of hard to help otherwise. for all I Know shadow of doubt is actually the best card for the slot.
Regardless, these things are probably best for the sideboard unless you have something like drawback ebt's you're trying to stifle like that torpor orb deck.
I prefer Trickbind. It can be used to counter Emrakul's extra turn ability, which has been enough for me to win/lose games (depending on which side of Emrakul I was on).
It can also hose Vendilion Clique, which can be nice sometimes.
Trickbind is easily the way to go here, since a lot of your creatures have ETB effects that negatively affect you. Not to mention Squelch being able to draw a card isn't nearly as powerful as preventing a Pod/Twin player from comboing out for a turn. If you can, put a Snapcaster Mage or two to reuse them as well.
Squelch is good for those tempo/control decks that care about replacing their card, and for your "Stiflenaut" deck it won't cut it since the abilities are all triggered abilities. This means that the only thing you can do is play Trickbind. The only other card in Modern that can give you the same effect is Voidslime.
several of those target an opponent, is there any way to make your opponent untargetable?
I would assume torpor orb is the cheapest option though.

In my experience, Shadow of Doubt and Squelch are better if you just want to mess with people and the trigger-countering isn't an important part of your deck, as they can cycle away fairly easily. Do note that shadow of doubt doesn't require a target, while some decks (say burn, or most fast agro, like zoo) won't present any opportunities to use your squelch at all, which can leave it stranded at inopportune times.

Hey guys.
I'm brewing up a brew, and I need at least one of these cards (Though will start with a 3/2 split of some sort) and I was just wondering what everyone thought of which was better/worse.

It's a deck that uses Torpor Orb and/or other ways to counter some creatures' drawback, for example, Hunted Horror. With the Orb, you get a 7/7 Trampler for BB, which is sweet. Other useful creatures would be Hunted Phantasm, Hunted Troll, Hunted Lammasu, Hunted Dragon, Leveler, etc. - you get the point.
I'm pretty sure there's a primer to it somewhere...
EDIT:
Found it!

Huh, that's actually the deck I was brewing because I didn't know it was a thing.
Mind you, I was going to use Eater of Days and Sky Swallower for both having Flying and both being Leviathans (for the purposes of Cavern of Souls/Quest for Ula's Temple), and yeah....
I assume that's what you care about here.
Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.
