I am looking for playable green and/or black creatures providing a card advantage with a CMC of 3-4 max.

Apart from dark confidant and courser of kruphix, is there anything I have missed ?

I probably should have used an other word than card advantage. What I am looking for is a way to draw cards with a creature in play or leaving the battlefield.

I guess that Elvish visionary might be good in a tribal deck but aprat from that, it is only a 1/1 creature for two + draw a card.

I don't know what kind of deck you play but Eternal Witness is really nice against targeted discard, provides nice locks with Primal Command, Cryptic Command or Eternal Ruse (although they are really mana intensive) or is really nice to reoccur tectonic edges if you should be aiming at the opponents mana base.
I would love to see a deck for Eidolon of Blossoms. But I guess it's just not playable (if they would only have made it a 2/4 so it wouldn't die to bolt...)

Heartwood Storyteller is pretty good if you run a high creature count.

Are colorless creatures OK? Solemn Simulacrum

Ohran Viper is raw card advantage if you can keep him on the board long enough to attack. I've always liked Ophidian effects but I wish there was one at 2cmc or with protection/more toughness.

Sword of Fire and Ice. Not technically a G/B creature but it turns one into a Phyrexian Arena.

Grim Backwoods is in the colors. i love using it to get rid of Abyssal Persecutor.

Virtual card advantage? The entirety of the pod deck.

Grim Haruspex, Erebos, God of the Dead, and Blood Scrivener are some of the more recent creatures that can draw you cards, though they're not as powerful as the ones listed here. There's also Pelakka Wurm and Regal Force if you're more interested in high end creatures.

Bloodghast, Gravecrawler, Bloodsoaked Champion, and Nether Traitor can all provide a form of CA, as outside of exile, they will keep coming back. When used with Vengevine and Lotleth Troll you can really start getting ahead.
