Ancestral Vision is going to continue to nosedive in value until people like me who paid stupid amounts of money for them when unbanned decide to cave and finally sell. The card sees virtually no play in any format and is almost completely supplanted by Search for Azcanta. It's going to take a massive shift in meta to ever make AV relevant again. Its current value is extremely artificial; driven by people too stubborn to sell a card for $20 that they bought for $50.
Edit:
I missed the last comment; totally forgot about Mono Blue Living End... Maybe that's the deck that saves the card? Either way, the value is going to continue to drop until anything of relevance begins playing it. If Blue LE does well at the PT, the price will jump again. So getting them depends on your bets for how well it may do there.
When is a good time to buy Ensnaring Bridges? Should I just get the masterpieces? They look vey nice.
Blood Moon as well
Depends on your budget, really. Blood moon is always a good card and got reprinted in the last masters set, so buying it now is probably a good idea because it isn't getting cheaper. Ensnaring Bridge I got no experience with. It's a really good card, but it hasn't been reprinted recently either. It's potentially a candidate for Masters 25 so it might pay to just wait it out.

1. (Ravnica Allegiance): You can't keep a good esper control deck down... Or Wilderness Reclamation... or Gates...
2. (War of the Spark): Guys, I know what we need! We need a cycle of really idiotic flavor text victory cards! Jace's Triumph...
3. (War of the Spark): Lets make the format with control have even more control!
Ensnaring Bridge, Chalice of the Void and Engineered Explosives all need reprints bad, and fast. The next chance for a reprint is Masters 25. However, they are really bad cards for a draft environment, so I actually don't believe Wizards will put those in that set. I would wager that they will instead be in a "From The Vault: Prison" set.
If you need Blood Moon, get them now. There is a chance of a reprint in Masters 25 of course, since it is a pretty iconic card (Iconic in the common sense, not the "Iconic Masters" sense), but I don't believe it will see a reprint so soon.
In regards to the Blood Moon talk, I'd suggest picking up foils if you need them. MM17 (as well as OG MM for that matter) copies are surprisingly affordable, still holding foil multipliers of just ~2x. Whether it's due to something like a surge of interest in RG Ponza or just time itself, foil moons will creep back up toward that $50 mark.
In other news, with the announcement of the Nationals promo being Flooded Strand, I'm going to call it now:
Zen/MM17 fetches will be reprinted in M25. They are certainly the most iconic lands throughout Magic's history, and the price has not fallen low enough. A reprint will drive their price equal to that of Onlaught/Khans fetches, and will be the move we've waited for to truly open Modern to the masses. Looking at Iconic Masters, and the impact that having them available in big box retailers had, my guess is Scalding Tarn will be roughly $15 to $20. Same as Polluted Delta.
I was actually wondering if enemy fetches might be coming back in Standard. When they printed Blood Sun, my immediate thought was ‘they’re laying out fetch hate so that when fetches reappear in Standard, there’s already an established answer’.
A premium priced nonstandard set won’t get Tarn down to Polluted Delta pricing. A reprint in a Standard priced set would.
Sorry, they won't come into standard. They put them into Khans because they wanted the full cycle in Modern, and that was the last chance they had before Origins when they began laying the foundations for a new format.
If they put them into Standard, it kind of blows the new format theory out of the water, and it would be in a core set that rotates after just 1 year. But all signs point to us never seeing fetches in standard again.

Lol. If Horizon Canopy's price hasn't even fallen below $25 following a masters set that had a huge print run, there's no way in hell Scalding Tarn's will.
Is this a Good rate already? Is Card Kingdom one of the nicer price sites?
Not unless you have store credit through them. Open marketplaces like TCGplayer and eBay will always have cards priced lower due to competition among vendors. MM17 foil Moons are +/-$30 on TCGplayer and probably the same/less on eBay if you're patient.
Foil Blood Moon is so aggressively lowered, it's an absolutely fantastic speculation buy. Mono Red burn always wants these, as does Blue Moon, and it utterly wrecks in Commander, so there is a lot of demand there for mono-red EDH decks.

I don't see it being printed again until 2022.
Yeah, my first copy (MM2013) I bought for nearly $100. With the reprint in MM17, I completed the playset for less than what I paid for my original... If you want foil Moons, now (or really any time in the last year or so) is the time to get them.
So, blood sun fell down to like 5 dollars a piece.
I bought 3x copies now. I don't know if this card will do something in a format, but the risk reward there feels right. This card could absolutely be discovered as busted.
Also bought a playset of foil promo BBEs, totally ready for it to spike.

Hmm, 26 for BM is a bit high. I ordered two M17 Blood Moon for 18 dollars each at SCG yesterday, both are Played condition... but based on experience, the "played" condition cards of SCG that I received from previous orders are still like near mint. So it's a good deal. They sell near mint M17 moons for around 21.
Update on my MTGO bundle, which includes Gx Tron, UWx Control, Ad Nauseam, Affinity, and a bunch of random staples. It sold for over $1k in 09/2017. As of today it has dropped 18%. Note that it has NEVER exceeded that initial sale value since 09/2017 and has almost always been at 90% or less of its sale value.

Why would printing in a premium-priced and not-standard-level-distribution set bring the price down to where prices got from a standard set rare cycle?
Khans fetches got where they did because they were in a massively-opened set that was able to sell booster boxes on the order of $3 a pack. A $10-a-pack set that doesn't move the volume of a standard set... will not have a comparable effect on the price of fetches. They'll ding down a little, sure. But they'd need to be in a mass-volume nonpremium set like Dominaria to bring prices down to Khans-fetch level.

Actually, Blood Sun is a strong sign we won't see fetchlands in Standard anytime soon. They are most definitely not fans of land denial in Standard, which is why the best land destruction (Ghost Quarter, Tectonic Edge, Field of Ruin) are all calibrated to, while destroy lands, avoid land denial, either by not letting you do it until they have a reasonable number of lands, or by giving the opponent a replacement land. Blood Sun's ability to effectively turn off fetchlands runs afoul of the clear "no mana denial" rule they've had for Standard for a long time.
Furthermore, we have Sorcerous Spyglass in Standard, which also turns off fetchlands. You will notice that in past Standard formats where there were fetchlands, they took Pithing Needle out of the format, and would only print Phyrexian Revoker instead. Did you ever wonder why Phyrexian Revoker's effect is worded differently than Pithing Needle? It's so that it can provide the same basic effect but not disrupt fetchlands.
Fetchland hate is more likely to be something like Leonin Arbiter that weakens them, but doesn't shut them off completely. I don't think we'll see fetchlands as long as Blood Sun and Sorcerous Spyglass are legal.
I suppose it's possible that, in lieu of them finally realizing that answers are kind of important, they might change their mind on that, but this philosophy regarding land denial goes back to even before their recent problematic design philosophy.

Except your argument relies entirely on the speculation of them creating a new format, which has very little proof to actually back it up.
I noted reasons why we won't see fetchlands in Standard anytime soon, but I wouldn't argue we'll never see them again, particularly if the foundation of the argument is a speculative theory to begin with.

I think the answer to the "why haven't they reprinted this in a way to drop the price?" is greed. Why print something and bring prices down when they can stick them in a masters set and make tons of money off of people? That's the kind of company we are dealing with: one that is interested in short term gains over long term ones.
