...among the Tier 1/Tier 1.5 decks. The worst one that comes to mind is RG Tron vs. Melira Pod (in RG Tron's favor), but I'm wondering if there's any worse ones I'm missing.
RG Tron vs. Infect is also lopsided (albeit in the other direction), but I don't think it's quite as extreme as the Melira Pod matchup.
Kind of a random question, but it's something I've been thinking about for a while out of curiosity.
RG Tron against Soul Sisters and or Tokens usually feels pretty unfair. Discard decks too for that matter. To be honest RG Tron against anything that tries to play fair just feels really one sided.
I've heard that Soul Sisters vs. Burn/RDW is hugely lopsided in Soul Sisters's favour, then Soul Sisters vs. Melira Pod is hugely lopsided again in Melira Pod's favour. I don't know the percentages, though.
My experience with Melira Pod vs. TitanShift is that it may be even more lopsidedly in TitanShift's favour than the Melira Pod vs. RG Tron match-up is in Tron's favour.
As much as I'd love to say Soul Sisters stomps on Burn, I actually don't have any experience with that matchup. I will say that Zoo is a surprising difficult match up due to a lack of wipes and only 4 paths.

Anyone who's played the matchup knows it's not that simple. Grim Lavamancer absolutely owns, but failing that you still have ~20 burn spells for their 8 soul sisters, assuming they draw about 6ish between natural draws, Ranger, and Proclamation. Granted it's still lopsided but it's definitely not 95-5 or anything like that. The bob versions actually have a shot.
Oh, I thought he was talking about playing a spell that is countering a spell with counters on it as it comes into play, but I see you guys were just discussing whether he was flashing a creature with flash in order to flash a flashback or just flashing a creature with flash but not needing flash in order to flashback a spell without flash.
My deck costs very highly, your deck ain't got the B-o-b,
My deck plays on the feature match screen, your deck plays on the kitchen table B,
My deck shuffles like a bridge, your deck's played by sticky hand kids,
My deck rolls hard like the Chargers whole team, your deck, built on the budget of a kid whose 14.
Playing WUR control vs. soul sisters isn't fantastic. If electrolyze/board wipes aren't drawn its just a blow out. But I would have to agree that RDW is absolutely horrible against the sisters.
Both tron and twin have a couple of matchups that might as well just be automatic victories. That's the weird thing about modern, though. For example: Tron is terrible against burn...until it gets a wurmcoil engine in play...but only if it gets a wurmcoil in play. There's lots of match ups where it just depends on small things like that.
Molk vs U Tron, U tron loses all day unless the folk pilot is slower then molasses, I pretty much just scoop after turn 1 vial t2 adept, t3 double lords

I've found that too. Despite some matchups are extremely difficult, they turn around very quickly via one or two cards. Tron matchups are generally bad against burn until Wurmcoil and then suddenly burn auto loses. Or RG Tron crushed UW Tron until you resolve Terastodon and now it's suddenly an actual game.
I learned last week WB Tokens vs American Midrange/Control is extremely one sided. Played a perfect 3-0 (6-0). The 1v1 decks have a hard time dealing with Spectral Procession, Lingering Souls, Planeswalkers... Recovering from a Supreme Verdict is too easy.
Soul Sisters vs Burn is one of the most atrocious match-ups in Modern possible. I went to GP Lincoln with testing that match-up a perfect 10-0, only to lose to it Round 6 with some of the worst mulligans and draws of my life. Land after land after land... (in a deck that doesn't play a lot of lands).
Tron is essentially like solitaire, so I'm usually prying my eyes out from boredom. Does that count as one-sided? Soul Sisters vs Tron is horrendous though. I went to GP Kansas City knowing I would be punished if I played Tron, as I wanted a perfect curve, so I didn't play Ghost Quarters (looking at Spectral Procession's in your hand is a terrible feeling). Naturally I get knocked out Round 5 after playing Tron back-to-back.

Well yes even the most lopsided MU's are not 100% thanks to pure luck and randomness.
Magic is like football, sometimes randomness happens like when Chelsea beat Barcelona in 2012' champions league. Who would have thought that bunch of rets would win with 2 goals on the only 2 attempted counterattacks.
Affinity vs. UWR control. I was playing affinity, I didn't have blood moons to side in, and he mana leaked my spellskite. I just sat there topdecking cards and wondering if he'd counter or burn it! It was fun.
I play more tron than any man probably should. Matchups i feel are impossible to lose
1. Melira
2. Merfolk
3. Non RG Tron
4. Soul Sisters
5. UW Midrange (Non red)
Unwinnable matchups include
1. Scapeshift
2. Splinter Twin
The Infect vs Tron isn't nearly as bad as people believe. Post board you have Spellskite to start and sometimes Sudden Shock/Dismember. That matchup isn't great but it certainly isn't 99/1. I mean i 2-0'd Infect at GP toronto 2012 To start day 2.
Know it is considered a Tier 1.5 at the moment, but I think that modern Death and Taxes has a pretty amazing match up against RG Tron. They lose to Land destruction, and land destruction.dec is pretty degenerate.

I'll agree that 1 and 3-5 are very favorable, but Merfolk? Merfolk is a fairly even matchup in my experience, maybe even slightly favored for Merfolk. Merfolk has exactly what's best against RG Tron: A good clock combined with good disruption. Spreading Seas slows you down, which is often enough for them to just pound you to death with their creatures. Pyroclasm, which normally is a great way of dealing with aggro, isn't as amazing as someone might think because two Lords in play render their creatures immune to it and Mutavaults dodge it entirely.

It's got a lot of good stuff against GR Tron, but it also has the major weakness that a single Pyroclasm wipes pretty much their entire board. Though Tron does really struggle if it doesn't have the Pyroclasm. Still, it's a card they play 4 copies of that completely wipes out Death & Taxes.
I don't think you can count it, but it saw some play, the u/b or Esper mill deck is an auto win against some decks but is about 99-1 against tron. In tron's favor of course.

Jund is also VERY favorable.
It is closer to Tier 3.
