In your opinion, if you could only pick two big green finishers, what would you pick for your deck? Doesnt have to be mono green, and there is no assumption that the deck is 24-26forests.dec. But think of running it in a deck that is built to ramp and cast it fast.
As for the second creature, I'm not really sure. I spent a lot of time thinking about the same question while I was building a green Devotion deck. Some contenders: Polukranos, World Eater: Decent body for 4 mana, and a great mana sink. Comes down faster than 5-/6-drops. Terra Stomper: Uncounterable and unkillable by Bolts. Has trample to push damage through. Chancellor of the Tangle: It has a use outside of just being a dumb beater. Vigilance means it can play defense and offense simultaneously. Craterhoof Behemoth: Needs to be built around. Unless you're playing a bunch of mana dorks, e.g. Elves, avoid it.
If they don't have to be green, just castable with green, Batterskull and Wurmcoil Engine. Lifelink helps you stabilize if you're being pounded into the ground and are relying on your 5-/6-drop to bring you back into the game.
Dem Izzies got it right above. If your ramping, prime time getting stomping and and wolf run turns your dorks to threat lethal. Id go with prime titan and wurm titan myself.
Honestly after Titan Batterskull is the best if you expect to be behind by the time you cast it. The lifegain is huge, and it turns any creature into a huge beater.
All other creatures listed in this thread are just as susceptible to path as wurmcoil. Thrun, the last troll is one of the better green creatures that dodges path (and all targeted spells).
Craterhoof is great if you're putting lots of creatures on the board. Primeval Titan would be my bet in most ramp decks.
All of these mentions, and nobody has even thought about Avenger of Zendikar?
Avenger is a really strong card, especially in a format where there aren't many wrath effects to kill the 7+ tokens made with it. The only drawback is has is it's not nearly as good with creature-based ramp strategies.

In 26 Forests.dec? Dungrove Elder gets pretty big. You'd need Rancor or maybe Nylea to go with him I think.

Wurmcoil is great too just a bit weak to path.
