I don't get it.
Sure, it accrues mad value off of Zur... but I can't shake the feeling Zur's going to be killed on the spot; I mean, he's a walking red flag, "Incoming! You're about to get a face full of Enchantment hoohah!"
It's cute and all, but how could it possibly get away with the Zur stuff?
Because drawing an enchantment is 1 less tutor target for Zur. Maybe we can evolve this deck, getting some ideas from Zur Duel Commander decks. Main tutor target for Zur in Commander is Phyrexian Arena. Add Sun Titan for redundancy since every card tutorable by Zur is reccurable by Sun Titan. Maybe some Gifts Ungiven package of Sun Titan and Elesh Norn.

Zur's immune to Bolt and Abrupt Decay--it's surprising how often that's good enough. (Jund has like, what, 4 spot removal answers to him?)
I feel like the Goyf/Delver/Pyromancer suite is kinda forced.
YP, pretty funny with Loam and Retrace spells, but the others is like too much arbitrary goodstuff / things that could be cards that deaden other people's cards by way of virtual card advantage or something.
i saw that deck in action on thursday. its slow and unwieldily. i lost to it playing twin because all my combo pieces were at the bottom of my library and i drew something like 10+ lands, with a blood moon in play.

I speak in sarcasm because calling people ******* ******** is not allowed.
Zur seems like flavor of the month.
I'm surprised it's as much a hit with people as it is, though. Personally I'm still waiting for Wydwen, the Biting Gale to be (re)discovered.
Perhaps I'll take that matter into my own hand one day...
But yeah, Zur's a cute deck with an engine that's totally no jokes. It seems pretty solid if people continue to run bolt and "the magical number is 3"-cards.
Even better, I think I've seen Zur decks like this one before. Maybe it will become a tiny part of the Modern meta...
Interesting! Never seen this deck before

I would not field the Gifts package here.
I would replace the following.
Disfigure -> Dead Weight
Snapcaster - > Sun Titan
UWR Midrange
BRG Jund
BG Rock
UR Storm
The Philippine Modern Community
RGWUB MTG Modern Philippines
Yeah, you're right. Forget the Gifts package, it's too ambitious to run 3 engines in 1 deck. Maybe the Zur + Sun Titan engine is enough.

Don't they still play Maelstrom Pulse?
I mean, if anything that's kinda sad that things that should outright die to removal aren't, all because of the current trends in removal packing...
It is PITIFUL.
Even then, I'd say Sun Titan's kinda uncalled for.
He's a great beatstick, but I'd rather drop the Zur stuff from the deck and have Sunny be the high end backup to Geist's beatdown.
After all, Sun Titan brings back Geist.
I am assuming 2 Pulse and 2 Terminate--that's still surprisingly mediocre odds for Jund.
BG Rock doesn't fare much better with its 3 Dismember and 2 Pulse.
Man, if there was ever evidence that my thought processes truly are out of line with the norm...
But it might be evidence of a hole to exploit against the format after all...

It seems like RG would be the way to go, because RRR for Seismic Assault is hard on the mana base.
