Dark Ritual for Modern? There's zero chance of this ever happening, and for good reason. A +2 mana ritual castable on the first turn would be extremely broken, and not just for Ad Nauseam. Noooooo thanks.
So what other deck would play it? In legacy it sees play in Storm decks and Reanimator. The storm decks in modern are currently red/blue. They would have to change significantly to fit in Dark Ritual. With a baral/electromancer it isn't any better than Pyretic/Desperate ritual. In fact it's worse because red mana is more valuable than black in that deck.
I used to be against the idea of Pernicious Deed being Modern legal despite loving the card because of the fact that it might keep fast aggro down. Really though, isn't midrange supposed to chew up aggro? Deed would be like a slightly more expensive Wrath, with the upsides of versatility and instant-speed activation. It's hard to imagine decks like Humans, Spirits, or Phoenix falling off due to GBx getting Deed. It can hit manlands, but misses planeswalkers, so all sorts of interesting and skill-testing lines could come about by having it.
Pillage and Vindicate would be nice for the format, and there's little risk in three mana one-for-one sorceries breaking anything (and I say this as someone who primarily plays Tron). Similarly, I'm all for Innocent Blood and Curfew as fun early tools with some unique applications.
I wonder why Opposition didn't show up in the new Ravnica block. Would have fit perfectly both mechanics-and storywise to this block. And it's addition to the Modern card pool would be safe in my opinion.
So i still want to have Opposition reprinted.

Yeah, but it's really more "Disney Evil" than practical. It's like being a bond villain and giving a monologue rather then just shooting them.
If you want to play on MTGO add me I'm HeskatetAS, playing Modern and Legacy

In a turn 4 format like modern, sure, it might be fine, but there's now way that Wizards (or many players, frankly) would want Opposition in standard. Not to mention, they already have Verity Circle in the set.
Well the thread is "Cards that should be reprinted to enter the Modern card pool" so I guess theoretically standard is out of question for this.
But I agree, if the card is standard safe or not is a different thing, but imo it is not that gamebreaking even in standard.

GB has a lot of turns 1 and 2 disruption, so I don't think that Deed is as mild as you're assuming. That said, I don't think a format being dominated by aggro is any better than a format dominated by combo. So, yes, please print deed.
I don't think any of these cards are too powerful for Modern at all. They absolutely would slow down the format by at least two turns, but Modern revolving around mid-range is a good thing, IMO.
I actually think Moment's Peace would be very healthy right now. It turns off the hyper-aggro decks, giving two turns to find an exile wipe. It is good against phoenix, death's shadow, dredge and hollow one.

Reanimator does not exist in modern.
I don't think it will be used to ramp into turn 1 Liliana. That seems way too fair.
Yeah. I think that card would be very nice to have.

What sounds bad? Force of Will, Daze, Stifle, Misdirection, Wasteland, Dust Bowl, Price of Progress, Hymn to Tourach, and any old school Ritual effects (especially from artifact sources). All of these cards are very high risk, and push all sorts of existing archetypes out of competitive viability.

The prelate is vulnerable to creature removal, so it should not be too oppressive.
