Bridge from Below has been modern legal since the beginning of modern. Anyway, you get it in your graveyard through cards with dredge like Golgari Thug, you can also use cards to discard these from your hand. The last way to get them is through self mill, Hedron Crab and Glimpse of the Unthinkable. After you get a good amount of cards and bridges in your grave you can sac them to get many zombie tokens. Then you swing for the win.

The problem is not creating dudes, its a good sac outlet. Bridge just feels clunky with out Dread Return. 3 bridges in the GY, sac 3 dudes, get 9 zombies!! Tripling your creature count works great, trading a dude for a zombie not so much.
there just isnt a good way to abuse to the tokens without Dread Return.
The only "free" sac outlet in modern is Spawning Pit which serves pretty much no point along side Bridge. All other sacrifice outlets cost mana or involve tapping.
There is simply no way to abuse Bridge in Modern, at least none that have been discovered. Who knows, Theros may give it something to use.

Cartel Aristocrat and Varolz are both modern playable free sac outlets, those both see play in pod. Blasting Station fills this role too as the zombie you get will untap the station to sac something else.

Aristocrat and Varolz wouldn't work well in dredge - you want your sac outlet to be resilient, and dredge wouldn't have many creatures on the board to sac and protect either of them.
Bridge's issue is that there are no sac outlets that work from the graveyard. In Dredge, your main source of CA lies in being able to throw a bunch of cards into your graveyard, then casting those cards or returning them to the battlefield from the graveyard. You don't actually get to choose what goes in, though, so if you mill a Blasting Station you have to live with it.
If Dread Return or Cabal Therapy was around, then Bridge would be more playable. However, they're not, so it isn't.
Incidentally, this is also Narcomoeba's problem. A 1/1 flier isn't much, unless you can use it as free fodder for DR or Therapy.

Personally I think this is a slightly backwards way of looking at the situation.
You're saying that Bridge can't work because it needs DR abuse cases to function, and DR is banned.
But consider instead that maybe DR is banned because of bridge abuse cases?
DR being a viable card in its own right that can fit into many different decks fairly and well balanced. Where Bridge is a useless card outside of that combo.
May be a bit off topic. But I'd love to see Bridge take DR's place on the banned list. Since Bridge is a ****ty card that does nothing for the format. And DR being banned is further limiting variety and inhibiting a deck style that's already under heavy fire from cards like Deathrite and Ooze...and dozens more.
But how exactly does it work? How do you have it in your graveyard?
Storm Crow is strictly worse than Seacoast Drake.
