I got all the stuff from "The Council" http://www.thecouncil.es/tcdecks/formato.php?format=Modern
I did anything that was 100+ players or more, and it included anything, that being Grand Prix's, PTQ's etc, there were so many over the past few months that it took a while, though I doubt I missed any it's possible, the other thing is that maybe the PTQ was under 100 players? I could make an argument to go lower and have it be like 50+ players, or 64+, but even at 100+ there's still so many that it takes alot of time to do all the "homework" so I usually have a 100+ threshold, though sometimes it'll be like 98 if I catch one that's real close like that.
TL DR It might have been in a tourney that was under the 100+ player threshold at best guess, and if i did it based on 50+, it'd take me forever to get done, it already consumes the better part of a couple days to do it when it is, and those are days I am at home all day with time for it.
-As for the Storm PiFlames combo- I might just have to cut that one completely, if it's not performing at all, it's just not a deck anymore.
Actually by your criteria, I found 4 decks that meet the standard.
Sadly, The Council has a lot of the Mono U decks grouped with RG Tron (Same with UW and UR Breach Tron.) Tron is sadly (happily?) one of those super archtypes that has multiple sub archtypes that all play way differently from one another and do need to be separated.
I do appreciate what you are doing and don't want to diminish what you are doing, I just wanna see it as accurate and complete as possible.

You are absolutely correct on this, I also want it to be as accurate & complete as possible, if it's not accurate then it's not correct, and if it's not correct then it makes it less useful, which means it's not optimal, in either case, it means I will go over the Tron lists and separate the Mono blue, if they were lumped with RG Tron, then yes I likely overlooked that if they were just listed as "Tron."
Anyhow, for now I added something so the deck is noted properly, I will go over it more and separate completely to their own lists when I have more time, but for not it's a Sub category of Tron that is now split, into the more traditional Tron lists, & the highest placing Mono U Tron lists, which out of those 4 lists, was 5th place, thank you for linking all 4, that helps save time and this stuff takes a ton of time to do when I go over Everything, I try not to miss anything, so thank you again.
Not a problem. I have not had a chance to look over TCG player or on the Mothership, but I believe I found all the Mono U tron decks that are on Council that meet the minimum requirements. I do know there was a Mono U that won a premier event back when this deck hit the scene, but again, no player amount (It was 8 rounds IIRC so should have been over the 100 player mark)
In fact quick scan of TCGPlayer shows a 1st here in the 2/13 PE (Listed as UW tron, but it is actually just mono U, the W is from the talismans)
Looking forward to updates around here. Love this thread!

Here are the little self-imposed guidelines I'm working with for the multiplayer decks I've been building:
• Must be cheap. Total price tag < $100, preferably < $50. Ideally ~$30. No one card greater than about ~$6
• Format: Modern (makes getting the cards somewhat easier for the play group, and almost all my cards are Modern-legal)
• Must be relatively interesting in 1:1 games. I don't need to win against Splinter Twin, but I should be able to play duels now and then
• Avoid instant-win combos; they only serve to make me target #1, and then the deck is worse than useless because I get killed first, every time
• Must have a funny name!
