"And the day will come when the mystical generation of Jesus, by the supreme being as his father in the womb of a virgin will be classed with the fable of the generation of Minerva in the brain of Jupiter."
Honestly its a three way tie between UR storm, Trubo Fog and speed mill. I tend to play UR storm b/c it simply wins more. Turbo fog folds to certain cards and speed mill is really fun to play as a rouge deck but not always. It actually folds pretty hard to non-millable cards like Eldrazi as well as fueling UR storm. (seriously.....don't mill a UR past in flames storm deck. It does not end well.)
If eldrazi ever fall out of the meta completly (almost there now :D) I'll switch to mill for half my major events.
My favorite deck, and my only deck I actually have built IRL is Bant, which I call Goodstuff Bant because A: it's not a Troll-Worship deck and B: it's almost a grand of good stuff. I like it because I played Mythic Conscription back in ALA-ZEN Standard and while it doesn't play out exactly the same, it's still capable of turn 4 kills, which is something every Modern deck should be able to do. I'm looking to make Naya/4-Color Pod soon though, as I want another Modern deck and I've already got about a third of it.
As far as my favorite deck to play against, at least with Bant, I'd have to say Jund, because it's a neck-and-neck battle unless I have one of my three Mirran Crusaders or two Sword of Feast and Famines. Then they have to race to find a Bolt or a Charm. I can also bring in Leyline of Sanctity from the sideboard to blank their discard and Liliana's - abilities.

I probably like Naya Pod the most right now, when you get to activate a pod multiple times its really fun.
Least favorite to play against is Tron. Its not specifically OP or anything, I don't even mind the turn 3 Karn/Wurmcoils all that much. The inevitable Emrakul usually makes me sad every time he shows his face though.

I support WotC's goal of shaping Modern in favor of diversity.
I ran a thought experiment on my blog Modern in a Nuclear Wasteland
of an extreme case of banning 20 more cards to make sure they get everything, then scaling back where appropriate. WotC seems to be on a slowly build up approach. Both ways probably reach similar end points.
The post Gatecrash metagame is proving to be closer to the endpoint than I estimated, so its very possible that few (if any) more cards need to be banned.
Trading Post. Other durdely control decks. I have also been known to enjoy Boros and Affinity on occasion.
Love playing against:
UW angel. Perhaps the easiest deck to beat ever.
Hate playing against: tron. A nightmare for trading post. You need 3 pitching needle to be effective.

That decks gives you a feeling that not any other deck that I tried gives. That feeling of absolute domination when you are beating your opponent with a flying 3/2 on turn 2 with a grip full of counterspells and knowing that your opponent will probably do nothing for the entire game
Abrupt decay was a huge blow to the archetype though (I think it would be one of the most played decks along with Jund if it wasn't for AD) but I'm sure that Gatecrash will give us some awesome goodies!! I'm hoping for something epic like: "UUG: Exile target spell and you gain 2 life"
What I hate playing most against? EGGS!!!
That deck is a freaking joke, I mean, WTF? How cool is it that I F6, go eat a sandwhich, and the eggs player is STILL durdling around? And then he said "lol, I think I screwed up, gg". Hilarious xDD
My favorite deck to play has always been UB(x)Teachings since Timespiral Block constructed years ago when I first started. Still love it now. Even if it kinda' sucks a lot.

Mhjames: mtgsalvation: I DON'T SEE HOW THIS CARD IS GOOD. I KNOW PATRICK CHAPIN USED IT AND WENT 8-0, BUT THAT WAS A SMALL TOURNAMENT. THE CARD IS TOO SLOW. YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THE OPPONENT HAS A SPELL IN THE GRAVEYARD
I love to play Scapeshift. Lovely combo deck that INTERACTS with opponent, counterspell, and many more.
It's not an easy deck like everybody think, you need to know when to ramp, when to filter, when to counterspell, and when to WIN.
And I like playing against Jund. Win against them is very honorable and rewarding, but annoying to lost with, though
Favorite MU is Affinity with RDW in close second. Troll Worship has its own kind of anti-hyper-aggro "tron," as it were. Consistently beats the decks at 1 life, and that is priceless.
My favorite kind of deck to play is something that's hyper interactive and generates a lot of card advantage. I've done everything from Esper Gifts and Esper Teachings to 4cc Gifts and Glittering Wish control. Not necessarily decks with counterspells, just with a lot of synergy, CA, and interaction.
I like playing against hyper aggro decks, since I usually beat them.

My favorite decks are definitely decks with any of the following cards: Cruel Ultimatum, Glittering Wish, Life from the Loam, Mystical Teachings. I also really like Trinket Mage and all the stuff he can grab, Snapcaster Mage, Vendilion Clique, etc. And I love all the undercosted 1/2 mana removal, Bolt PtE etc.
