Is Artful Dodge better than Distortion Strike? Strike is weaker to counters and more vulnerable if your creature gets killed (nothing to target next turn) but saves you 1 mana. Maybe the mana doesn't matter.

Don't underestimate Artful Dodge - all you need is 1 Artful Dodge, 1 Assault Strobe, and UUR in play to make unblockable 20 damage on the spot. This strategy is all about how much damage you can sneak through in one burst, Rebound is okay but not great.

Shadow Rift is another option for unblockability. It's main strength is that if your first threat gets killed, it can still help you dig for another one, whereas Distortion Strike and Dodge and dead until you find one. In terms of being cheap and letting you cast multiple spells, it still does that well, too.
