The goal is to obviously cripple and destroy your opponent with Flame Jab and Raven's Crime. You can get land into your hand with Mulch, Sylvan Ranger, and Yavimaya Elder and get land out of the graveyard with Grim Discovery, Tilling Treefolk, and Harvest Wurm. The Borderposts provide mana and get land back into your hand. Lightning Bolt can get rid of threats and get in the last bit of damage.
The sideboard addresses storm/goblins (Sandstorm), infect (Dead Weight), post (Tragic Slip), and affinity (Ancient Grudge).
I tried working with bounce lands, but you really want to maximize the number of basic lands, which is I'm running Borderposts instead.
Last Rites could be a nice sideboard card against storm and maybe post.
If you go into blue, which is probably a bad idea, Soratami mirror-guard interacts amusingly with the cheetah. And Soratami rainshaper could be a beating. Wind zendikon looks much better than Crusher, as well. Plus the usual gush/daze/fathom seer nonsense.
Cycling lands and sac-lands like evolving wilds seem really good with the amount of ways you have to return them.
The sac-lands would help you fix your mana as well, I know how tricky 3 colour decks can be in pauper lol.
Agreed, the deck looks fun, but I would try to at least add the cycle lands as a draw engine.. I used to have a lot of fun with those, tilling treefolk, and cartographer... the recursion on those lands is fantastic, but I can see why you'd want to avoid the "comes into play tapped" part of something like evolving wilds
