I find this to be a strange issue as of late. I had to get some Zendikar lands for someone recently and a majority of bots will say "Sorry, I am not able to recognize card, please return". This happens on a majority of bots, but not on all of them. Is it due to the bots programming or what exactly could the issue be?
It probably has to do with the multiple printings. IE there are Zen lands from decks that have normal frames and the full art ones from packs. That's my guess. It's a bot issue.

Out of the blackness and stench of the engulfing swamp emerged a shimmering figure. Only the splattered armor and ichor-stained sword hinted at the unfathomable evil the knight had just laid waste.
When you see a significantly widespread bot issue, chances are pretty good it relates to the MTGO Library software, which the vast majority of bot owners use. It is probably some issue with their software and/or how it operates where it is unable to recognize a card (e.g., if it uses OCR - I have no idea if that bot does, just throwing out a possibility).
The ZEN lands are a bit odd, because there are "half art" lands - aka regular looking cards (non-full art) - that are significantly more rare than the "normal" full art versions. There is no way in the client to identify these - that is, they don't have different collector numbers, etc. - they just look different but are otherwise the same. This might cause an issue with some bots.
I will note that these are much more rare than the regular ZEN lands and so are worth more. The foil ones (half art) are worth a BUNCH of money (I think 100+ tickets easily). The tricky thing is that bots don't recognize them as different than the regular ones.
