What do you guys thinks best way to build this? Aggro or more control? I think GB is the obvious choice for these. When I get what I have so far down I will post it but till then what are your suggestions?
I think Alms of the Vein and Fiery Temper are some of the best reasons to be in Madness. Thing is that Green has the best Madness enabler in that one dog creature.
If you went with something like R/B Madness burn deck that could be pretty rad. You could run something like:
I'm not sure where you would go from there. I think the goal would be to sequence your plays so that you are going:
Turn 1: Tap Land
Turn 2: Tap Land Bolt/Bump
Turn 3: Untapped Land, Looting, Temper/Alms + Temper/Alms
That just seems super powerful to me. It helps keep your hand full (nearly card neutral), gives you outs to useless lands in the later game, and gains you a decent amount of life throughout the game to help with the race. I could see this deck regularly casting Bump with Flashback. Gurmag is a nice beater to take advantage of all the junk in the 'yard.
I'm not sure what else this kind of deck might want. Usually G/B Madness decks run things like Tortured Existence, Wild Mongrel, Grave Scrabbler, Basking Rootwalla, etc. I don't know if there is a thread around for them or not but you might look out for them.

RB might be better and RB burn is interesting. Is Fiery Temper that great? Its a worse version of Lightning bolt, but in a burn shell thats pretty good. Guess you can get card draw through looting to cycle lands or madness and get more burn which is nice. I may build a variant of this later and let you know how it goes.
Does RB have more madness enablers that fit in a burn shell? Without Madness those 2 spells are really bad.
Oh, you think the losers' bracket is your ally, but you merely adopted the scrub tier. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn’t 4-0 an FNM until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but an extra pack to sell for store credit!

2x Gurmag Angler

4x Bump in the Night
4x Lightning Bolt
4x Faithless Looting
4x Fiery Temper
4x Alms of the Vein
4x Evolving Wilds
4x Bloodfell Caves
