You definitely want Nivix Cyclops, whether over the dragonauts or the souleater is up to you. Temur Battle Rage is also probably worth running over some/all of the distortion strikes - I'd actually go -4 strike -2 assault strobe +4 Rage +2 Apostle's Blessing. And then maybe swap a Brute Force for a Mutagenic Growth to help with the rage mana. In addition, swiftwater cliffs probably do what you want more than izzet boilerworks.
Is Treasure Cruise banned in the tourney you're playing in? If not, one or two would make sense to help reload if your first burst doesn't win.
I would definitely not go 3 for 3 swapping probes for cruise. I would be more likely to knock out a brute force or two - it's a good card but probably the weak link in that deck. With all of those cantrips you might also be able to cut a mountain or two.
Big difference from your deck is obviously delver for souleater - you lose the one-turn-kill element but people really do have to respect delver & devote removal to it, and sometimes it can just get there.
For sideboard, I'm pretty sure I would run Dispel; also something against edict effects in case people are running mono-black control - I don't remember if Mogg War Marshall is modern legal, but if so that's a good choice. Otherwise stuff like krenko's command or stormbound geist that takes two edicts to get rid of.
Currently in U/R Kiln Fiend decks there's basically two builds running around. One of them uses Gush, and has to support that by playing islands and Evolving Wilds/Terramorphic Expanse; the other ignores Gush, and uses Swiftwater Cliffs. The builds that ignore Gush are 100% Modern legal* and a great starting point for a deck.
*Preordain and Ponder are banned in Modern for a good reason; if your playgroup has decided that they're legal, maindeck four of each. If not, well, this deck gets a lot worse without them...

Oh, you think the losers' bracket is your ally, but you merely adopted the scrub tier. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn’t 4-0 an FNM until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but an extra pack to sell for store credit!

Okay so we have the following changes:
All 4 Assault Strobe moved to the sideboard and maindeck 4 Temur Battle Rage. Take out the 4 Distortion Strike completely. Maindeck 2 more Apostle's Blessing making 4 maindeck. Took Out 3 Wee Dragonauts for 3 Nivix Cyxlops. Took out 4 Izzet Boilerworks for 4 Swiftwater Cliffs.
POSSIBLE CHANGES:
3 Treasure Cruise for 3 Gitaxian Probe
You also might want to look at the delver fiend deck list on mtg goldfish - I think their card lists are 90 percent modern (maybe only Gush isn't?). http://www.mtggoldfish.com/archetype/pauper-delver-fiend-12284#online
