My account was suspended after a couple of days playing. On day one, I spent $10 when I opened the account. Then spent a couple hundred in tickets, which I used to buy some boosters (and kept some tix). Today, after playing for a while, I spent $300 so that I could play MM3.
I paid via PayPal and my PP account shows payments as "pending", I suspect this may be the root cause? I never noticed this before because I didn't log into the PP account, I just used it to pay (logged in at that time, but just to confirm the transaction and logged out, didn't go to Activity where it shows this "pending" thing.
I got logged out in the middle of a draft and then when trying to log back in I got a message saying I was suspended and to check my email, but I didn't receive any emails about the account being suspended. Now, when trying to log in, I'm getting a message which reads: "Your account is no longer active. To access Magic Online, create a new account."
This must be wrong. I just spent $500 in two days, so why would they suspend my account? Is there anything I can do?
I am wondering if maybe PayPal flagged this activity thinking someone might have hacked into your account? I would contact them to make sure they know you are the one doing this. Also to make sure you have funds. Then also talk to the MTGO people about it.
The other option might be where did you get the packs from? Were they a reliable seller or some individual who might of had their account hacked?
