But you still have your cards in the collection, right?
My client does not save changes to my decks and this also sometimes results in decks disappearing. If you have the same problem and by a chance you'd find a way how to solve it, I would be very grateful. When nothing they proposed worked they told me to reset winsock though. So you can try that. (first you need to get rid of all the cached data, uninstall magic online, install it etc...)
Still have cards, but some decks are gone and others are doubled. I've tried what they told me in the first email and it didn't work, I told them two days ago and waiting on a response. Its an insult that they present such an unreliable platform. I'm seriously considering selling my collection and switching to 'Trice. Why should I pay for a glitchy experience when I can get that for free?

The Meaning of Life: "M-hmm. Well, it's nothing very special. Uh, try and be nice to people, avoid eating fat, read a good book every now and then, get some walking in, and try and live together in peace and harmony with people of all creeds and nations"
Onering's 4 simple steps that let you solve any problem with Magic's gameplay
Whether its blue players countering your spells, red players burning you out, or combo, if you have a problem with an aspect of Magic's gameplay, you can fix it!
Step 1: Identify the problem. What aspect of Magic don't you like? Step 2: Find out how others deal with the problem. How do players deal with this aspect of the game when they run into it? Step 3: Do what those players do. Step 4: No more problem. Bonus: You are now better at Magic. Enjoy those extra wins!
I have maintained some wish lists in deck form. I haven't really played much lately, but I have noticed that ever since the new client came out sometimes when I make changes to those "wish lists" the changes don't stick. They are for pauper and the changes are when I remove cards. I don't know if that is related to your problems or not.
I doubt it's my computer, I actually have a better one with a 6-core up from a 2-core. And I am not on my house hold wireless network anymore but direct line into my cable/internet box. I should be faster, not slower.
I'm running an ASUS Windows 10 64 bit with a 1.8Ghz Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM. Not very powerful, but not bad for a laptop that isn't trying to run modern games.

"Now I am not saying we should kill all the stupid people, I am just saying we should remove all the warning labels off the bottles and let the problem work itself out."

I just came back to mtgo for the first time in a little over a year and the client seems to have become very sluggish and unresponsive to the point where I can't play a deck like pauper RUG tron that has a lot of triggered and activated abilities, because even with using hot-keys and knowing the ins and outs of every match to the point I'm playing on muscle memory, I'm going to time out if we have to go to game 3 if the first two weren't over quick.
I have a skylake i7, 32g of ram, 1070gtx, m.2 Samsung 950 ssd, and even turned off the annoying foil animations. By all measures, I shouldn't be running into issues. Is there anything I can do besides shelving MTGO for another year?
Late update on my deck situation, they couldn't resolve it and don't know what caused it, but gave me $40 in play points as compensation.
