I have not played a lot of limited. This is my second sealed pool and I have only played a small handful of drafts. I play a fair bit of constructed and consider my mindset to be that of a spike, I like to improve at Magic and compete.
I would greatly appreciate advice on improving at sealed. The above pool I think blue and black are the weakest colours, and I like a RW aggressive deck. Watching the PT and hearing top players talk about combat tricks being above average in this format (at least in draft, I presume this carries over for sealed but I know sealed can be slower at times). RW has a nice curve and pretty solid removal.
What would you do with this pool? I haven't hashed out a definitive 40 yet, but I'll work on it.

Blue is horrible in most pools I've seen, but actually decent here. I'll take a look later.
