I figured that with Startled Awake and 3 Sleep Paralysis that I should definitely be in blue. I was pretty unimpressed with the rest of my pool, I didn't get any of the good black or red removal spells (Fiery Temper, the 1B kill a tapped creature, etc) and I also didn't really get many goodies in white or green (no Rabid Bite).
I ended up going 1-2 with Startled Awake winning me a couple of games on its own, but my two losses were both to BR Vampires decks that just put on the beatdown really quickly and with no cheap removal I couldn't really keep up.
Mindwrack Demon was pretty good, I was able to get Delirium online every time I needed to cast him. But he unfortunately ate removal every time.
Thoughts?

i would have went RG with your pool, splashing blue for sleep paralysis and stichwing skaab, you had a solid amount of werewolves + howlpack resurgence
Interesting, I thought Green was my weakest color actually. I had only 3 werewolves + Quilled Wolf and Thornhide Wolves, didn't feel like that was nearly enough to warrant playing Resurgence. Probably would have considered it if i had another a couple of more solid werewolves.
Also felt like Startled Awake was enough of a bomb to build around but now that I see how aggressive the format was that's not really the case.

The problem with this color combination, however, is that you run very short on playable creatures, which can negate the benefits of the sleep paralysis and startled awake.
This is a fairly weak pool, though. If I had this pool, I would actually run black white, and run for a swarm plan since you have Behind the Scenes.
This way, you have plenty of ways to get evasion and overrun the opponent. You also have a more solid curve, plus delirium shouldn't be too difficult for you to achieve.
Again, this is from a guy that went 1-2-1, so take this with a grain of salt.
