This mana base was difficult for me because:
there were double colored costs in each color
Black had the most double costs with two dragons, but it had the least early play (even Ripper can be played as a morph)
ignoring CMC, the colors are close to evenly split
I'd like to see how you would build the mana.
Keep in mind it is 4 pack sealed
4-4-3 is the one that becomes obviously apparent. Even with most of your early game being white and green I think I'd go 4 Plains 4 Swamp 3 Forest. Gives you 5 white sources, 6 green sources and 5 black sources. Extra green is helpful because if you get an early Ainok Guide you can search for another land if you need one. I've never played four-booster sealed though so I can't say for sure the numbers are right.
Your manabase is a little sketchy since you have double coloured mana requirements in all 3 colours. Black is the colour most easily reduced to a splash
Your coloured mana requirements are
B 1+3 for 4 cards (2 CC/early)
G 2+4 for 6 cards (4 CC/early)
W 1+4 for 5 cards (5 CC/early)
1x Soul Summons
1x Dragon Bell Monk
1x Sandsteppe Outcast
1x End Hostilities
1x Ruthless Ripper
1x Bellowing Saddlebrute
2x Noxious Dragon
1x Gurmag Angler
1x Ainok Guide
1x Alpine Grizzly
1x Yasova Dragonclaw
1x Sultai Flayer
1x Hooting Mandrils
1x Temur War Shaman
1x Abzan Guide
1x Blossoming Sands
1x Jungle Hollow
