I got this yesterday night in an 8-man and went 3-0. I don't think it was amazing, and many of the creatures are just filler, but it had done it's job.
In the first match, my opponent played BG and was mana screwed both games. 1-0
Second match - Temur
In the first game I manage to play a lot of early creatures, kill his 8/8 Hooded Hydra, and over come his tokens, an kill him with the kirin and the skycaptain.
In the second game, we both start slow, missing some land drops, but we stabilize and I start killing every single significant threat he played. this lasts for about 10 turns of empty board and draw-go... until he topdecks and plays a 12/12 hooded hydra when i'm at 11 with no creatures.
Game 3 was pretty similar to the first game, except this time ojutai kills him.
Third Match - Abzan
in both games, I stalled the ground and won with flyers. This was the round where the bloodsucker was at his best. He just couldn't kill one of my creatures without giving me some value.
The deck seems okay to me, a bit above average. It has a good amount of removal but the creatures are mostly so-so. I would not want to play the blue djinn on only 3 blue sources, though, because his upside is not worth the downside of him getting just stuck in your hand. Ojutai is fine to splash because he is a very late game card, and a bomb once he gets into play. I do not like the bloodsucker much.
Also, this deck needs 18 lands in my view, 17 is not enough for the high casting costs in the deck.

I was going to say this as well.
I actually think the deck is slightly below average rather than above average, but all of that's really irrelevant without seeing the packs. It's just not all that useful to give comments on a decklist in a vacuum other than basic mechanical considerations like the ones NFLed brought up. On the other hand, having 9 pieces of removal does sometimes go a long way in this format.
DSF, upon further review I agree with you. While having such a large amount of removal is good in my view, none of the creatures are anything special other than Ojutai (but he might sit in your hand for a long time until land 7 and not even then if you don't draw a blue source) and only a few of them are actually above average (skycaptain, ainok bond-kin, kirin, and ripper but even those are just a bit above average in my view).
I have played many worse decks, though, and it's a matter of what is available. I don't see anything "unplayable" here which is a big positive compared to some of what I see on MtGO.
