I like Emeria Shepherd. I haven't played with it or against it, but it seems like it plays well with both sacrifice stuff and ally triggers, which are both strong routes to take in the format. White has a harder time playing big spells than pretty much every other color, which makes me a little iffy about first picking a white 7-drop, but I'm willing to bet the angel is strong enough to work for it. In any case, it's the closest thing to a 2-for-1 the pack is offering, and aiming for card advantage is usually a good way to start a draft.
The next best card is probably Deathless Behemoth, or maybe Clutch of Currents? Not a strong pack. We're not likely to wheel much of interest here.
If we end up in red or green with some other good landfall stuff, or we pick up a Retreat to Emeria, this guy is definitely a combo with Slab Hammer. Vampiric Rites would also be a card I think would be cool to try in a deck with Emeria Shepherd.

Agreed with all of this except: Emeria Shepherd is pretty open-ended in terms of what kind of deck we end up in. Don't need to really worry about picking up particular synergies, as any time it stays in play for a few turns we probably just win. I will say that finding some ramp to help get it out a little faster seems worth doing given how much value this gains if you can play it early and trigger it immediately.
Deathless is also really strong AND colorless. Makes this a reasonably tough pick. But ultimately I suspect that the raw power of the Angel is just too high to pass on, so it gets my vote.
To play it, we'll want a deck that can draw the game out long, or power out a 7cc creature fast. Red is unlikely to get us there. But I think any of the others could , so this leaves us pretty open.
