It looks to me that there are 3 possible picks in this pack: flowering lumberknot, vorstclaw or guise of fire.
Removal is removal, so I vote Guise of Fire.
One of the creatures might even wheel here.
I will do the tagging and bolding when I'm on a computer, it's a pain on blackberry
I don't think we can consider Flowering Lumberknot since we're still struggling to resolve our colours, never mind archetype.
As far as "removal is removal" goes, you may recall that six months or so back Tahn said something along the lines of "If Wizards printed a spell that said ':symb: Destroy target creature. As an additional cost to play this card you get [censored] up the ass' players would still say 'removal is removal' and first-pick it!". I suggest you ponder his wisdom.
I wanted the previous Vorstclaw, so no surprise that I want this one too.
Vote: Vorstclaw

Is Guise of Fire really that bad?
It seems decent to me: or you kill straight away or you force it to attack so you can block it to death.
The only creatures that don't get killed are ones who have a tap-ability (in which case you force opponent to use it each turn on own turn) or that can't be blocked profitably.
I understand that Vorstclaw is good, but the set is sooo low on removal and the best red removal will be splashed and early picked by others.
Oh and by the way, I'm gay so your argument is invalid

I have never been so thoroughly pwn3d!
But meanwhile, back at the Guise of Fire debate... the thing I don't like about it is that if you want to kill anything with more than 1 toughness you're going to get 2-for-1ed doing it almost all the time. As such, the card's really only removal for 1-toughness creatures. That's perfectly playable, but really not at all exciting in a format where the main must-kill targets are Angels.
