Slip Through Space is a filler card in my opinion. I would take Holdout Settlement so we have colorless sources if we need them.

I agree, I generally don't like trying to force surge to work, and sphinx works fine as just a 5 mana 3/3 flyer. I like Holdout Settlement here to let us take powerful cards like blinding drone more aggressively.
