One thing I noticed is that almost everyone ran white... 8 out of my 10 math-ups featured it. I tended to struggle against big fliers, but spirit tokens weren't usually an issue.
I was definitely in Red with the 2 Acts, and I was torn between Green and WHite as the second color, wound up with green for the creature base and the Cagebreakers, who had great synergy with the deck. Perhaps I should have taken a more defensive approach and gone with the white, but i don't like the way that fiend hunter interacts with the deck, and it would have seemed my entire deck didn't have that finisher it needed.
I agree with merl. RG splash white, but I'd never play grotto.
Trouble is cutting cards to get our deck.
Edit: Actually now that I think about it, I like r/g splash blue. Delver and 2 civilized scholar is awesome. White has tappers yes, but do we really want to waste our mana tapping guys when we have at least 3 6 drops in red that we have to play (rage thrower, charmbreaker devils, into the maw of hell) and 2x blasphemous acts will take care of guys we have to clear off the board.. basically we have 3 board sweepers...
I'm not sure between sleuth sleuth, sleuth spider, or sleuth makeshift.
This is our curve for our drops.
1 1 drop
3 2 drops
5 3 drops
2 4 drops
1 5 drop
2 6 drops
I think I want to go sleuth sleuth because all our guys are awesome. Like.. darkthicket wolf/viper/delver/spirit is the "worst creature" to bring back at random, and I'd not be displeased doing that. Plus it's 2 more humans for butcher's cleaver bring it to 8.5 humans. 0.5 to the flip that flip into werewolfs.
This is our finished product. We have 6 flip cards, 5 werewolves, 8 spells for delver to flip (+ moonmist).. 8.5 humans (7 if u want to count full cards) for cleaver.. Insane removal in 2x act, volley, maw of hell.
I'm not playing geist because most of the time it's only going to kill 1 guy (lol only 1 guy), and I'm not sure if we want to bring it back with charmbreaker devil at random.. Only card I kinda hate bringing back at random is caravan vigil (and even then it's not terrible) and moonmist (see vigil).
I think it is hard to pass on that white removal suite. Tappers and Bonds actually have nice synergy with Blasphemous Act. Fiend Hunter is kinda awkward with Act, but you can probably suicide block or attack before Acting. Fiend Hunting your own guy (Cagebreakers?) then Acting sounds like a dumb but cool move B)
I think I'd go for some GWR monstrosity. Mana base is probably a tough call, but a Grotto and Caravan Vigil helps.

I would try to find room for Travel Preparations (plus Shimmering Gortto) , Somberwald Spider and Butcher's Cleaver.
I would cut a land (17 plus caravan vigil is fine), Crossway Vampire, and Bloodcrazed Neonate to fit them in.
Trouble is cutting cards to get our deck.
