How can you help? At your Pre-Release, open up the special Seeded Booster contained within your box, and record its contents (IN THE ORDER THEY APPEAR IN THE BOOSTER). The preferred method is via a phone/camera snapshot, but a written list will suffice (although not as veritable). For images, a website such as www.imgur.com is great for sharing online. You can also PM me the image if you are concerned about privacy. For an example of an excellent photo, see HERE: http://media-dominaria.cursecdn.com/attachments/112/597/635201278849741673.jpg.
There are many "unboxing" videos that appear on social media sites, especially YouTube. Please feel free to post the links to any unboxing videos you stumble upon, as those are also very helpful for compiling seeded booster lists.
If you can get lists from your friends, other players, or even the whole store (that would be AMAZING!) as well, that would really help to get the lists completed. I cannot complete this without your help!
EDITED: The pre-release boxes contain 6 regular packs and a 7-card Seeded Booster. Each seeded booster does contain a randomized stamped pre-release foil rare. The Planeswalkers are the mythic promos this time around. We do not yet know if the commons and uncommons in the seeded booster are randomized. This information will be better realized once seeded booster data starts flowing in.

We do not yet know if the seeded booster is randomized, or if every color has the same 7-card contents. This information will be better realized once seeded booster data starts flowing in.
We know that at least the rares are different, so it's probably safe to assume that all the cards can be different. We also know that you can get 1 mythic, and it is the PW, and that there are 7 other promo rares you can open per color. Relevant paragraph below.
"The first is your Prerelease promo card. You can play with this in your deck—and there's a good chance you'll want to—so be sure to put it in your deck-building stack! It's one of eight different rares (well, seven rares and one mythic rare) in your color. If you open just right, you can even pull out a double-faced Planeswalker as your Prerelease promo!"
Does that indicate a 12.5% chance of getting a planeswalker promo, or are the promos not usually evenly distributed?
Hm.. I guess even at 12.5% it doesn't change things much, the best PW and worst PW seem to be in the colors that are strongly ruled out by commons and uncommons, in my view

I'm guessing it follows the normal distribution, where any given mythic is about twice as rare as a given rare, so you'd be looking at a 6.66% chance.
there's usually 8 promos per color/faction, so a 1/8 chance of being mythic. Same ratio as normal packs
That's an absolutely massive shift of gaining a particular planeswalker compared to regular boosters (if the article is correct that the PW may be the promo card). Each color in Origins has 12 Rare/Mythics ina 9:3 mix. With colorless another 9. (7:2 mix)
So the typical booster mix of 11:3:(7/8:1/8) or 1/120 for a mythic in a booster with 17 mythics in the mix. IF they're evenly distributed that's 1/2040 or roughly 0.05%
I meant just the general 1:8 odds of opening a random mythic in a booster pack. Yes, seeded boosters contain a different run of cards, but the odds of the pack containing a "mythic" (even if there's only one mythic possible) are still 1:8
Yeah, it makes sense that they would make the promo have no worse average mythicosity (12.5%) than any other pack that is expected to contain a rare.
I wonder if the other 7 rares are also selected to be cards from the set that work ok in limited? So you don't have a chance to have a seeded pack with Tainted Remedy or Hallowed Burial, since they're clearly not for limited. (Hallowed Burial's got dat combo with Hixus though, haha).
Wait, and this is OT, but I feel like I'm going crazy. I thought any mythic was about 1/2 as common as any individual rare. Am I losing my mind? Or are you guys just using the pack mythic distribution rather than the rare-to-mythic distribution?

In a normal large set there are 15 Mythics and 2 copies of 53 rares on the 121 rare sheet for 15/121 ~ 1/8 chance for mythic. In Prerelease packs there is 1 Mythic and 1 copy of each of 7 rares for 1/8 chance at Mythic, although the Mythic is just as common as any of the individual rares. Essentially seeded packs use 35/53 rares but only 5/15 Mythics so the Mythics chosen are relatively common.
Note that this is the usual situation, Origins has 55 Rares and 11 Mythics on the Rare Sheet + 5 Dual-Faced Planeswalkers on their own sheet. The walkers couldn't be put on the rare sheet due to quality control concerns and the method of mixing the rare sheet with the 5 walkers for booster packs isn't known. If the walkers are exactly identical to other mythics in rarity, there will be a mythic in every 7.875 packs, which is about 2.4% more mythics per booster than a usual large set.
two white packs (bolded promos) Vryn Wingmare, Knightly Valor, War Oracle, Ampryn Tactician, Stalwart Aven, Celestial flare, Suppression Bonds Kytheon's Irregulars, Swift Reckoning, Knight of the Pilgrimage, Mighty Leap, Sentinel of the Eternal watch, Stalwart Aven, Suppression Bonds
I already posted it on your reddit thread, but I'll post it here as well.
Gathering from various photos/videos I arrive at following list for the prerelease promos:
PS: It seems not a lot of people are picking blue for the prerelease^^
The last green promo card is Gaea's Revenge because that what's friend got and I can verify that you can get Talent of the Telepath as a promo in blue.

I can confirm Hixus and Priest of the Blood Rite. I opened Hixus and my friend opened Priest. Unfortunately I only just found this thread so I've got no idea as to the contents of the rest of my seeded pack anymore.

I'll need to relook at my seed pack choice.
I can say that there is going to be a massive amount of Planeswalkers opened this weeked. I estimate about 30-40 of them opened in the Midnight event with about 100 people attending. My table had at least six get opened out of about 12 people sitting there alone. It may have been slightly anomalous on the high end, but out of 100 people, I think you can expect around 12.5 promo walkers opened. That is a not insignificant number.

Yes, every seeded prerelease has only used 5 Mythics and Wizards confirmed that the 5 for Origins are the planeswalkers.
Don't remember what the other 6 were, sorry.
